An added complication should you be in the explorer/developer/producer space. What is the best deal for all parties concerned and how do you achieve that aim. Should you sell out early and not receive full value or hold your nerve for better times or some combination in-between. A recent feature article from an investor website suggests the skill set required here is more akin to Poker playing. They have a point.
Jakarta is sinking. The Indonesian Government plans to re-locate their capital city, new name Wagara Rimba Nusa on the east coast of Kalimantan. Not the full works to begin with, only Government and administration buildings, infrastruture and industrials. These figures are out of date but the US$33bn allocated to this project, US$19bn is set aside for Petrochemicals/LPG and mineral processing to include all metals not only nickel and aluminium. The KSK licences are centrally located on the island and the only copper prospect.
Delta Dunia and Buma it's subsidiary are a established, proven player in the Mining Services sector and together with their financial acumen make an ideal partner for Asiamet. However, they are in coal, their current contracts expire in 2025 and are therefore looking to diversify.
Should there be any countenance in the Poker Player analogy, then Delta's high flush is a good hand but TM has four aces, Location, Commodity, Availability and Juncture.
