RE: DISTRICT SCALE1 Apr 2022 01:35
As a pure exploration company it is essential to engage with others at some point to monetise your asset and subsequent endeavours.
There is no fixed formula for this as shown in yesterday's Annual Report. The traditional model is to take a single project and prove it up through MRE, scoping study, technical report, pre-FS, FS, BFS and so forth. The Project Generator, a more contemporary model, tried and tested in N.America but not so well known over here. There are multiple influencing factors including risk, benefits, funding, returns and so on whichever route is taken. However, what is common to all of the above is the requirement to realise the value accrued usually when the project has become attractive enough for another party to want to get involved.
I believe the CLP has already achieved this status. The opportunity is outstanding. Oriole have demonstrated the attractiveness of this District Scale Licence Package and could easily engage with another sooner rather than later.
All imo.
