Is this the practice with TR-1 forms? I would not be surprised if it is standard to exclude anything below 3% on the grounds that it is not notifiable and therefore private information - ie 0% means "none of your business".

It is nonetheless a major step now towards a fairer valuation of the business. The next contract win will see a decent price uptick here and I'm confident I may even be in the black soon (avge price 6.2p)

I tend to agree with the idea that SP weakness can take a couple of days before it settles down. From limited empirical evidence, I would say day 3 is the time to move in.

9 days to sell nearly 1/6th of holding so we can extrapolate this to get 9/10 weeks to complete. This might just be close enough for some investors to start moving in and, given the cheapness, maybe this is a reasonable choice.

Wasn't that more about "specialisation" in the same way they state that they are not a "miner" but a "processor". From the financial modelling perspective, I am more interested that they are making the correct commercial decisions (but not necessarily the theoretical optimum ones) and that they get the necessary operational details correct.

I seems clear to me that JLP have answered all the questions today (and more).

Interest rates might be falling but yields aren't - 10yr gilt yields are up around 77bps over the last 12 months and those rates are a more relevant comparator for the dividend yield here than the rates for short term money.

TEK invests in university start-ups and the five companies it owns are those it funded from that stage. Bellascura was, I believe, the first company to be nurtured by TEK before it went public. Originally TEK would have owned the majority of the company but has been selling down it's stake for a long time now to a relatively insignificant holding.

I've skim read the document and can't see anything untoward in the motions proposed.

As to the remuneration scheme, I may want to reread this because it's looking at a CAGR of 20% in adj. EPS which seems quite high as a base line. Have I miscalculated?

What suggests that the seller has gone. We've seen no RNS to indicate the Myers shares have reduced further.

$0.23 added to NAV since June from Backblaze alone. Momentum might have stalled a bit after the surge today but this could simply be a round of profit taking before it sets off again.

Longer term there is even more upside and I myself am hesitant to take any profits while the Bolt IPO is on the horizon since there are greater gains to come. I expect I will take a little profit but perhaps I may want to be a little greedier on the price I will wait for.

You realise these prices are dollars, not pennies.

Patiently waiting for the next £15k company buy to see the SP tick up another point or so. Hopeful that we will be in the 90's before the month is out.
