I think it safe to assume that TEK will gain a significant amount of cash at IPO and still see a sizeable NAV increase from the revaluation of the holding. Hypothetically, if it were to release funds equal to its original investment (including loan notes) and used just half of this in a share buyback, that's worth nearly 50% of current MCap so you'd see a huge uptick in the SP from the original NAV increase, the additional cash, and the increased NAV/share generated from the share buyback. Conservatively, we might see the SP at double current levels.
All very hypothetical of course and just one of many plausible scenarios. It illustrates, I hope, that we need some triggers before the SP can really move. The IPO itself should contribute a fair bit but the distributions are what are needed to allow the SP to fly.
