So with adjusted earnings per share growing at 10-12% from 2024 and shares priced at less than 10x this figure I think it's fairly safe to call this undervalued and I'm certainly happy to outstare the market on this one. Buyback's to soak up another 5% or so of the shares while add further to the EPS growth.

Not sure where this lack of imaginative strategy is coming from but if they can generate YoY earnings increases of around 10% then coupled with the buybacks we're looking at 15% EPS growth which would justify the broker ratings we see here.

I can wait.

Agreed, there will be many reason to delay exercising. I should take a look through there accounts to see if there are others nearer to final exercise date.

Shouldn't be too long before we are over the 11p hurdle now. Fairly persistent buying pressure again today and there only going to be a limited supply of shares at this price.

The market doesn't appear to be ecstatic with the results. I thought they were good and the tone even more bullish. Maybe they've seen something that I missed or (less likely) I've seen something they missed.

Happy to hold at these prices. Longer term term prospects for the subsea section look particularly good.

Interesting price, 11p. Beyond this the Feb 2025 warrants would be in the money so would have a further cash influx - £1.65m from the original placing - as and when these are exercised.

Anyone wondering what might have triggered the late flurry of sells can probably look no further than the ST sell recommendation in IC - rather late in coming after the financial results.

But yes, this is a solid investment that will repay the patient over an extended period (2+ years).

Factor in the warrants and perhaps not as many are as far underwater as you might think. I've sold down virtually all of the shares I acquired at the last placing but I can buy them all back when the warrants mature and have another lot of shares I bought around the same price. In comparison, the shares I acquired nearly two years ago represent a small fraction of what I currently hold.

Nobody here will be unhappy when this hits £1, but we're getting ahead of ourselves here - 20p would be very nice thank you by the end of the month.

As for dilution, you might want to do a little research first about the cash resources and existing warrants out there.

I'm watching this closely. Almost time for a little top-up.

I think that $4 per share would give a look-through valuation below what TEK are showing as NAV in their latest accounts. I think I must have missed the memo where it got reduced from $8.8 per GDNT share.

Was the AGM notice clearly marked anywhere? I imagine that it is buried somewhere in the results RNS but can't find it. I was considering attending but I don't think I am allowed to because I don't have legal ownership of my shares - only beneficial.

Not the best start to the year for Investor Relations.

Stockmaiden said earlier - "Price could easily get to 50p with the right momentum". Stockmaiden said today SP is heading for 1-2p in months.

If this were a court of law, he'd have been held in contempt.

I can see this breaking 4p quite quickly. There'll be the usual resistance as investors take a slice of profits from stock purchased at sub 3p levels but it's not that hard to imagine there will be buyers accepting those prices and more in the not to distant future.

Of course a healthy RNS would not go amiss but right now I'd watching the SP behaviour and that's telling me only one thing.

Regarding the use of the term "highly speculative", I think this has to be put in the context of the potential value rather than the current share price. We are still at a very deep discount to what might be considered fair value - even for a miner without the financing plans in place.

There was also the remark about profit-taking from the placing and I won't be trying to second guess how much of these is left to go but at this side of 10p, it looks to be running dry so there is a good chance of it making a break next week through 10p then who knows where it might go. Long-suffering holders could take a leaf out of the institutions here and bank a few £'s if they are sitting on warrants that are now very close to the money.

Not to take anything away from a phenomenally profitable week.
