Mfai i bought at 0.8 sold most @1.60 with a bag and now running free. What’s that have to do with this?

No chance, reason for the rise is to clear overhang in background. Soon as they’re done selling this will tank back around 2p over the next month or so.

- SVV1 has a 7% shareholding in Landvault, and Mindflair has a 13% direct interest in SVV1 and a 5.3% indirect investment in SVV1 via its holding in Sure Ventures plc. The purchase consideration for Landvault would comprise new shares in iR and it is expected that this company will be seeking a listing on Nasdaq in Q3 2024 through a combination with its SPAC partner, Newbury Street Acquisition Corp.

Based on the figures set out above, this disposal has the potential to generate proceeds for Mindflair of circa US$6 million depending on the value of iR shares, a circa 470% uplift on SVV1's carrying value of Landvault as at 31 December 2023 and an increase in the net asset value of SVV1 from the value at 31 December 2023.

The 500k & 550k trades were both buys but because they fell below the mid price are printed as sells (real time sells were only offered 1.01 when these went through).

As the two 250k trades @1.14 shown as sells but are in fact buys, again falling below the mid price.

It’s good you’re here, it shows you regret selling when you did, with price stagnant around a penny for a few days. If one can’t wait a few weeks to double their money, they don’t deserve to make any.

Listing goes live on nasdaq anytime soon, within the 3rd quarter and this will bag on the day. Where the price begins that day remains to be seen, as it could easily get to 3p on anticipation of it.

Someone believes it so and has thrown over 30 grand into it today, we’ll know soon via TR1.

As you’d expect. Small free float with over 30% of shares held by 2 entities (Riverfort & Ackers). Recent news warrants SP around 5p…only a matter of weeks before we get there, hence the volatility.
