No chance, reason for the rise is to clear overhang in background. Soon as they’re done selling this will tank back around 2p over the next month or so.

Not sure if others have realised but someone is buying blocks of 2 million shares at a time and has been for the past couple weeks, very hush hush!

I’ve added a few, any hint of a turnaround will result in multiples of current SP.

Counting on the fact BOD wouldn’t have stepped up just for the sake of ruining a good reputation. GLA

You have to understand mismanagement got us to where the SP is at right now, at the expense of long term holders.

Anyway on a more serious note, today’s update is full of quotes involving ‘shareholder value’ let me enlighten you:

With the support of shareholders our immediate focus is on seeking further meaningful partnerships and collaborations with diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies and increasing direct sales as a route to achieving sustainable commercial success. We are well aware we need to demonstrate clear and rapid progress in order to deliver a substantial increase in shareholder value."

Where do we go from here?

As Executive Chairman, my ultimate objective is to structure and operate the business to optimise shareholder value.

Going forward, the company intends to focus more on establishing partnerships and collaborations, across all geographies, as a way of securing commercial and financial success. As necessary, we are prepared to sacrifice upfront value, enter early partnerships and thereby increase the probability of success by working with third parties to accelerate the commercialisation of our assets. If we need to out-license a key asset or enter into an early-stage collaboration to share costs and fund this business, we will do, as we work towards our mission of creating and enhancing sustainable shareholder value. As I said on the fundraising roadshow - as Executive Chairman I want provide shareholders with optionality going forward such that they can decide either to continue to build and invest in the business or exit it for its true value in due course.

It’s the last update in relation to previous boards mistakes, it was never going to look great. From here either we crash and burn, or the more likely scenario is we rise like a phoenix from the ashes!

In the past week we’ve had the latest ex pm of England visit our labs and speak bullishly about our testing products, not something you’d typically associate with a company about to go under as the current price suggests!

Block buyer has picked up plenty the last few weeks, expecting him to come in for more soon. GLA

Slacker an average so high equates to around 100k shares, really you’ve left yourself no choice but to average down (5k nets you around 850k worth of shares).

With a 40p average it means you’ve held for approx 18 months, if a turnaround is in play here (which looks likely) in 18 months from now you can expect an SP of at least 5p which would result in all your losses recovered.

Not doing this, is trading suicide.

Sorry for the situation you find yourself in. I hope you find the funds needed to recover your situation here, as all is certainly not lost and the price won’t languish at these lows for long.

Dwelling on the past will only have you thinking of what if’s!

The SP is where it’s at due to mistakes made by previous BOD - give the new ones a chance, he’s only been here approximately 2 months and saying the right things.

Fact is, the poster stating this has the POTENTIAL to be a remarkable turn around stock is spot on. Given we have almost the same amount of cash as the current mcap, someone loading up heavily the last week, plenty of news flow arriving in the near term, everything is set for a revival.

You pay your money and take your chances.

Markets rarely present an opportunity to bag yourself massive amounts of shares at fire sale prices. Take advantage before we move up, if you’re sat on the sidelines….others are!!!

It’s normal in an upwards trend for the market to create higher highs and higher lows (which we’re seeing here the last few months).

The pullback often scares traders into selling as they fear losing profits, new buyers come in and take positions from the higher lows and the price starts to move up again.

We are clearly in an upwards trend of trading in anticipation of news, which will then skyrocket the share price (upwards trend, recent news flow and block buyer all point towards good news on the horizon).

Nobody wastes time posting on a bb unless they have an agenda, clearly this 2rein is desperate for an entry (cheaper one, possibly due to selling too early) before the price leaves him behind.

Don’t hate the player! But yes, i would be equally as desperate knowing how quickly this moves!

Accumulation has been happening for weeks now, not forgetting the 125k paid a few weeks ago well above ask. Now looking very shrewd, as today’s buys will look end of Q1!
