dop22 - I don't know what your background is but if you have ever worked on a project (of any kind - engineering / IT doesn't matter) you would know that projects lasting for such a long time always hit problems that are reportable. In my experience these always cause pullbacks. Also there are no further significant newsflow expected from HZM that could potentially lift the price up (not even the LME Ponzi scheme has succeeded in doing so). All in my view

Hi Caterham I mean that the SP has been languishing down here in my view for a reason. Extremely low confidence in the management and as I said before the uncertainty of the economic landscape in 2-3 years away when they actually start producing. The odds for me favour minor capitulation simply because I have seen to date how badly this SP reacts to negative news.
Does anyone here believe that everything will go smoothly with the build? Better companies have been hit by problems. I am waiting on the sidelines for such an event to happen and undoubtedly it will.

Whilst I am at it picked - CNA has been very kind to me as well as BATS, VTY (INCE not so but you never have 100% record) - CCH also which you failed to pick since you look at my histoiry of posts. All very liquid shares which a wise trader can take advantage of swings. Unlike HZM which unless it drops is not interesting at all.
As I said in the past this company and its SP are one bad RNS away from a minor capitulation

Picked I swing trade ITV and have been trading it since the COVID lows. I have made much more profit than I would with HZM. I do not waste my time waiting for years for deals to materialise and when they do nothing comes of it in terms of SP.
Recession is coming and so the demand in PM's will fall. HZM as I have been saying were and still are behind the curve to materialise any value for PI's

In my mind it is very simple - we are about to enter recession - HZM will have payback in 2 years. Who in their right minds would want to take on the risk of potentially reduced demand, when the landscape in at least 2 years from now may be a lot different? 2 years by the way is the best case scenario. Since HZM has a history of missing deadlines it would not be surprising they miss build deadlines.
I mean they are all business people predominantly and they managed to miss finance deadlines serially. As an organisation they haven't got any proven build expertise despite the team that they recruited (who is to say they can actually function as a team?). What trust should you place for a build that has not even started yet.

For years now you are saying ITV's fair value is @160p yet we haven't seen that reflected in the share price.

It does not matter what you think and clearly all these years you have been on about fair value at 160 you have been wrong by miles.
The market prices companies based on expectations and not fair value.
This is what I find odd. You have conjured up this fair value at 160p for years now, surely it cannot be static all these years. Asset acquisitions or disposals or debt reductions/increases would have changed that. The price of stuff has moved on.

All this 160p is I suspect strongly, is the average that you have bought the shares and like someone in denial are refusing to let them go until you are breakeven.
You also keep on quoting Mickey Mouse estimates from Simplywall street a Mickey Mouse automated site that uses rudimentary techniques (automated) to come up with mostly silly estimates that retail mugs follow. I mean it lists as ITV's competitors Apple Netflix and Walt Disney. Please spare us from the nonsense!

what progress? They are still awarding contracts and appointing bodies. You would have thought they would have lined these things up as the finance was a certainty. 3 months in nothing.
