I have submitted the numbers to FSHG which are entirely accurate so if they are added to the combined holding so be it, all I'm missing are the emails.

I've been trying to imagine the psychological impact of a re-list announcement. Suppose next week Frontera made a positive progress statement on the settlement of outstanding issues saying also that it was their intention to re-list (say) the third week of March.

This would have an immediate uplifting effect on all shareholders as well as putting the fear of (*$&%-) up the shorters backsides. ISAs could be planned before a new financial year and the BB could then concentrate on the positives instead of pointless speculation.

AJamesW - Yes all of the above, but there are other timetables and agendas involved here. Leaving aside the politics I am sure that BH and BP both have requirements that may push things forward. We may not be fully in control after all we are just one of three companies engaged in this.

daniel1son - You misunderstand me in that an announcement of a target re-list date would do more than anything else to give confidence to the shareholders and the market as a whole as well as making the shorters very very nervous.

I was not advocating an immediate re-list, that is not possible of course until an ooc settlement has been agreed and a new nomad appointed. Frontera do need to get on with this asap, nothing less is required.

All the right words, but not necessarily in the right order. Re-listing needs to be at the earliest opportunity and should drive the agenda.

Madpunter - Did you see my post on the use of BP's pipelines. If the wells have been "tortured" there could be a lot of oil to move, in which case the old slow method may not have nearly enough capacity, whereas moving the "light, sweet crude" to BP's plant, BP buying the oil and then transporting it by pipeline makes more sense.

Sad to say if this is happening you will never know (yet) how much oil is being produced and sold:-))

jester16 - Some people just seem to get off on staring into the abyss and can't wait to share the effect with the rest of us. Don't understand it myself.

bugsy-b - Have you considered that the oil may now be transported to the BP processing plant and then via one of the BP pipelines, either the Western Route Export Pipeline or the Baku-Tiblisi-Ceyhan Pipeline.

This makes more sense than the train anyway.

Freeatlast - You're right, why the usual suspects continue to pontificate on old news is beyond me.

We are spending all out time raking over what is almost ancient history as far as the court proceedings are concerned.
We do not know what has been happening recently or yesterday, so all this name calling and the counsels of despair and hope (sorry) don't mean much right now. We simply do not have the information we all need to form any rational conclusions on today's position.

Oh yes, thought for the day - what if Frontera simply wanted to lock out Hope from his role as a director and any adverse influence while ZM and SN got on with tying up the necessary deals with the Majors. After all for Hope to really profit from any deal he needs shares that right now he doesn't have.

StarRage - I think you posted far too quickly after the papers were available to have had a proper perspective.

Anyway, enough of this, I have a solution. BP can buy all of Block 12 for £1 a share. Then we can all get back to our allotments and have a happy life.

Star rage - of course you are entitled to your opinion, it is just that you are plain wrong - in my opinion. You have been very ready to put the worst light on all the recent happenings. This serves no useful purpose. Why don't let people just read the papers and come to their own conclusions with the help of those who have employed calm consideration of the situation. This doesn't include yourself.

Zen, I also think Brmg is right. I have found that it always pays to read, mark, learn and inwardly digest any relevant court documents - including dates, and the order of proceedings before coming to even preliminary conclusions.

There are too many on here that have not done that and have rushed to their keyboards before properly engaging brains. Understandable given what individuals have at stake but it is not very helpful.

I say again a position statement from Frontera would be very welcome by us all !.
