FinnFCR - Maybe so, but I was thinking of information that relates to the naked shorting that took place and the subsequent deal with YA. That was resolved too quickly and also to the advantage of Frontera that must have provided some useful information. That is why it probably would be no surprise to anybody here if Hope was in someway involved.

I "hope" he was, that really would be game over for him.

Apart from the discovery yet to take place, I wonder what the "privileged information" is that Frontera have that they won't release to the Court!

Hope knows where all the bodies are buried and how much damage they could inflict if discovered. What he doesn't know is what Frontera know, and probably all this is reserved for a jury trial or a negotiated oocs.
My reading is Hope/OMF really are between a rock and a hard place and struggling on how to proceed.

I may have missed something here but what about discovery?. If there has been an episode of naked shorting and/or other wrongdoing by Hope/OMF then this should be revealed in discovery. Maybe the evidence obtained from YA is the basis of what Frontera have for their case - it's just that we don't know the full story yet.

I couldn't resist a look at ADVFN. Sometimes, when things get too much, "Care in the Community" just doesn't work for some people. You can see them all there - the no "Hopers"!

I just don't see why the injunction continued to be necessary after the shares had been moved to safety. I've said more than once that Cayman is about the law, California is about the money and for that we need a Jury trial. We are indeed approaching the end game and for that Hope needs an oocs otherwise he could lose more than money.

I haven't been playing close attention lately - waiting for 6th. June- but all this talk of pipelines seems to be overlooking the need of Georgia for a gas pipeline infrastructure for domestic needs. It only exists on a small scale at the moment. It's not all about export pipelines !

So this is why a jury trial was/is essential. Only in an open court in front of 12 good men and true can ALL the evidence be displayed, dissected, and all the links and plots discovered and examined. Hope in the witness box cross examined on all of this would be a sight to behold, and in front of a jury!. He would have to be a few sandwiches short of a picnic to look forward to that.
