Thank you for that post. Again I agree with you. It makes a refreshing change from some of the badly thought through speculation that has a appeared on here recently.

I posted on similar lines at the end of December and have read nothing since that has caused me to change my mind.

Let's hope we all get the result we want very soon.

Please can we just wait until tomorrow and the result. Then we won't need any more speculation.

Tsbs - I allowed myself a smile when you mentioned your mortgage. I did almost that. One day, I don't know why, I thought I would go through my mortgage payments/interest and see how the balance had changed as the interest rate
fell. I was surprised to find my figures did not match the bank.

To shorten the story I negotiated interest only payments while I sorted things with the bank. (No lawyers involved) and won a refund of just over £11,000. That was more than I had calculated and a pleasant surprise.

Normally I can't be arsed to check on things like bank calculated numbers, but I'm sure pleased I did. So, many a true word spoken in jest. If Zaza is also as confident in his numbers then winning is a formality!

If FRR in block 12 are plugged in to BP's supercomputer it is no wonder that an NDA had to be signed. The resulting information would be extremely valuable and give us and BP a CPR that will be truly comprehensive and more importantly completely up to date.

I'd love to know what the numbers are.

I am sure RR, that whatever the outcome (and I believe it will be a good one) you will go down as a BB legend as the most optimistic, positive and consistent poster.

Your theories are very plausible and not far away from my own thoughts. Cairn must have been drawn into this at some point. If it was by Hope then this could be grounds for conflict, hence the resignation. Would'nt it be nice to know though

dusterhater, in your last post please change "of" to "have".

I'm not surprised that Mole has not posted recently. There are too many different opinions some with little basis in fact and some where the interpretations of evidence leave one wondering why the reading and understanding of the same papers can differ so much.

As an example RB40 has illustrated that Hope has a duty to OMF as well as FRR. True, but this has led him into a conflict of interest where he has favoured OMF over FRR. This is a breach of fiduciary duty to FRR. This is clear from the filings we know about, so why some people say that the emails, for example, show Hope in a good light is beyond me when they show a continuing conflict of interest.

There is an old saying, "Read, Mark, Learn and Inwardly Digest", it should then go on to say, think carefully before committing thoughts to paper. Some of you have not been doing any of that properly. It would aid the debate if you did.

If this sounds patronising to some, I could care less but I feel better for saying it.

pyrotech - I agree with everything in your post. All will be revealed shortly. I have been trying to cheer up Tsbs but so far without luck. Maybe your post will go a long way to helping.

StarRage - The fact that Hope vetoed beneficial funding for FRR and would only agree to his own more punitive rate is a clear breach of fiduciary duty towards FRR.

Ffs - Mole is right, this has little to do with the 2m. There has been some carefully laid traps along this road and they are about to be sprung.
