Pyrotech you keep repeating this 45 day period before Frontera are paid by BP, but as I have said a number of times before if they needed funds rapidly - to pay YA for instance, they could factor the invoice and receive at least 90% of the invoice value immediately from the normal business banking sector who would be more than pleased to make a small percentage of an invoice to BP.

It is also a pity that some peeps have a very low opinion of what share price would satisfy their ambitions. I am just grateful that they are never going to be involved in determining a fair price.

When (not if) the bod agree terms for big oil involvement, part of that will probably be a special dividend for shareholders. That alone should be more than some of the share price wishful thinking on here. The share price itself, if it is not a complete buyout, will be many many multiples of 1p.

As for the speed that any deal can be agreed - Once a decision to do a deal is reached then the terms can be agreed quickly. I remember when BP bought out Selection Trust we worked all day and night until an announcement to the market could be made. The fine details then followed on at an inevitably slower pace.

None of us know where we are at in the process. Just be warned that things can and might happen very quickly.

The IoM is on a recruitment drive anyway so there has never been an easier time to relocate to the Island. I've been here 15 years now and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

It takes a special kind of brave to race on actual roads. I used to short circuit race but do not have what it takes to road race. Just got in and catching up on posts. An increasingly important part of the geopolitical scene is that of Turkey. With the US sanctions on Iran and Turkeys fragile economics and with Turkey sourcing half its oil, and about 20% of its gas from Iran they will shortly be in a great deal of difficulty. They need another source of oil/gas urgently.

What are your thoughts on this scenario?

that's a little sensationalist but goes to the core of the news. It always surprises me how many interpretations people put on reading the same RNS, or on listening to podcasts how many don't really properly hear what is being said and in many cases are slanted towards their own prejudged conclusions.

If Mole was to go past Preston Docks on 3 days a week he would see a long train of oil tanks leaving - they are empties. On different days tank trains would be arriving - full ones. Guess what, externally they don't look any different so a photo of a tank train is useless for telling what's inside them.

What we need are flow rates from the wells then we can make our own judgements. Nothing else will do.

These results are another important part of proving up the potential of block 12 and confirming field development plans for both gas and oil.
