Also agree about time frames but I would say there have been lost years and really not down to the company and some slack in that period is acceptable. I didn't give an opinion , was a query as your latest link seemed completely irrelevant to the discussion at hand and thought it might have had a point, but it was outside the time frame DG mentioned and was interested to be corrected. The June article made the point as you said, you would assume they did research, it clearly is DG's expressed opinion and no evidence. Thanks for not caring :(
