RE: Optimum v Myprotein14 Aug 2024 09:21
Depends what you look at when comparing against on, Optimum s nice but limited range. They dont even seem.to have a clear whey i believe, their range is stagnant.
If you compare OP to MP, OP is looking at isolate blend, MP normal whey, even then depends on flavour
2g per 100 of fat and sugar is basically nothing when a serving is 30g extra in MP
As always it basically comes down to protein type and flavour and price.
If you compare OP isolate blend to MP isolate, MP wins on everything by a good margin. So if that's what your looking for, your buying an inferior product with OP. They have another product that's a blend and you'll prob find it to be similar.
Bulk, their packaging is dog **** and they are constantly more expensive than MP and the powders are awful to mix and their bars have nothing on MP. Havnt used them for a while but every single item that arrived at a hole in it.
