Just adding a note about listing, if I'm understanding this correctly, there was some talk before about amount of shares :

It hit 66 or 68 am 2 days ago, that's a 20-23% drop, I can't see anything that was said or done

Stupid question time : was there a chairman for ingen before latest one in Feb 2024 or was this a new position. If it's new, this is most likely been on table since then, also combine with Vivek going in March

Hey pencil, exactly. Why not just move then demerger, it's what I was thinking and no point letting it hold up anything. I did consider that maybe valuations, or not being able to quantify them if there is a planned change, might be part of the issue, but guess that's essentially why they have the poss 12 months. Thanks for the link, I'll take a look, If it is 12 months that means they aren't planning on splitting it out before they move, if the March date is taken into account

Pencil, I did wonder if the demerger might be reason for maybe a slower move. Regardless, had hoped a closer date, like before Xmas 24. Back to waiting for news it seems
