Once ingen is split I don't think it will be far off for the other two , esp if the prices grows to the point both can remain in ftse 250. If they ever stay there.

Don't think anyone's having issues with what a demerger could be or making anything "hard". It's just chat about what it will look like, which is just going to be guess work till we are told. For someone who makes up stories about THG and presents them as fact, you can't really talk about making the simple hard.

As far as I am aware Apollo issue was about them suddenly deciding they wanted 51% not debt, could be wrong.

From what was said it seems not all the 65% want to follow ingen, that will make it harder for anything to be "stolen" .

Mm has always been vocal about looking after friends and family / workers that bought in, even though not us, we would fall into that group, so there's hope that makes a difference. However if rolling is involved, maybe he would view it that those that matter would roll so those that don't... so who knows.

My view is that they have been looking to split everything for a while, I think ingen has been brought forward as nut not firing all cylinders has been an issue. Though I can see ingen leeching on nut causing issues if nut was pushed ahead before ingen was settled.

About us being screwed or diluted, I have a general question to those that know better, if SoftBank had actually happened ( what was it 25% of ingen? Can't remember ) then I'm assuming new share issued = dilution, what would have happened there? Would it also have had to have been split for the deal to occur? Maybe there are answers there on what might happen now?

Am I a bit concerned about ingen and us potentially getting short changed after slogging it last few years and paying for anyhing? Yea, why? Because we don't have enough details. Shame just major points, like his lines in the sand before or reassurances in the announcements weren't given. I am still optimistic, but do like to consider everything

My personal hope was that the entire group just got bought out and then you could roll shares if you wanted , then get relisted as each is ready... ahh the dream.

Kinda seems that way, what does seem th case is that "they" are always ready no matter what is said. It wasn't presented well , but a 30 mil drop in revenue for nutrition = what a 180 mil value drop, as you said even though it was completely offset by beauty ..

I don't see why a not clear demerger idea / presented would do this, surely it would happen once it became clear or on circular

Yorek, you mean just generally splitting it or selling off more than 51%? I don't think they will let go of 51% and if mm can, he will try to retain a similar % control as he has now. Or you thinking something different?

If he sold that money would fund ingen nearly for the 3 years to break even 🫠

OSG, know if peel commented since demerger announcement? I caught site of a brief quote from them in a random article, but maybe someone else has access to their notes etc.

MM position in kelso doesn't stop them from saying anything. If they have been involved in the de- merger then that might ?
