Not thick at all. I posted something the other days . It's all IMO and I'm no expert but essentially what I think it means is if THG shares price goes up, ingen doesn't sound say 6 ingen to 1 ingen now, would be 12 ingen to buy 1 THg if 98p. So essentially you will only ever get 49p. But if THG drops, you can never trade better than now at 6:1. So if THG goes up and your putting everything back into THG, you lose out ( of we go by the company should be worth X no matter the SP eventually)
