Pro-forma for the Proposed Demerger, RemainCo FY 2023 capex would have been reduced by c.£92m (from c.£126 for THG plc to c.£34m).

In FY 2023 THG Ingenuity generated £673.9 million in sales, of which £154.1 million was from external (i.e. non-Group) clients and £9.0 million of adjusted EBITDA.

They closed the entire section it had nothing to do with THG specifically, it was a result of the times

One thing you pick up on here for a few years is those that disappear and reappear but what they say now never really correlates with what they said before. Basically a lot of BS, I wonder why they do it, but then people are odd.

Depressing price, but the actual action seems the same as always, hitit up, then take a big swings, drop it at start, then pres hard to hit it again or lower using the last 30 mins of trade to bring it down for the next day, rinse and repeat.

One thing is that Matt handed the SP to them, the placing price the delays and the fact it wasnt announced and then placing immediately followed by circular within a few days and THG should be in the ftse 250 already ( I think some moved?)

Agree with your points, if someone can do it better or the same for cheaper then it calls a lot into question

I thought the general view was that they are long term contracts around 10 years. This came up sometime before demerger I think

When she resigned the SP was close to 43, on 16th, she left 15th or well rns out. The SP was then lower for maybe 5 weeks but generally since she left the SP has been quite a bit higher than 43 .

It's not fixed it decrease by same % as SP decreases below 49p.

Doesn't really make sense, if your only want ingen and are selling THG then your selling your ingen shares as well, if they want to trade THG shares for ingen shares it works in their favour for the SP to be higher, not lower

Pretty sure it states if it drops below 49p it doesn't change anything, only above 49p

* by that I mean a date that you have to tell them what % of ingen shares you want to keep or not , there may be another date where it's calculates exact amounts i.e demerger date.

They will most likely set a date in circular and the cut off date and at least a bit before demerger so it's all sorted and ready

thing is no matter which side they both try and cut stuff and potray it in different lights. however you don't do what he just did and walk away from it without several million memes and your **** firmly taken. those guys behind him thought he was doing exactly what others are saying he did, look at there faces and the reaction. that was a gaff, tbh the entire clip just made him seem not quite right.
