The Ii's (whales as you call them) havnt just discovered the contract with ingen exists, they have known about it for some time just like most have known that ingen being split has been in the works for a while. Alot of them clearly back the demerger with this info.

Just like MM has known what was coming and hasn't suddenly just been surprised by something written in front of him, he knew going in whhere he would stand with % ownership, it's just factless speculation. If someone else has come in with a offer, bid etc etc etc that's different, but the rest just doesn't make any sense, unless it's about the ingen shares that no o

Is it the best deal possible with ingen, maybe.. maybe not. But it's not new news, nor for Ii's who could work basic figures on usual expenses.

If the SP decreases from ingen leaving then it should happen on the day that it splits / shares are given out, though by the info we have now it looks like value will be added rather than removed so....

Most of the important info is known, roughly where debt is stating, lease liabilities and what value ingen is it and we get X % ingen, where we own X % of THG at demerger.

The SP is ridiculous ATM.

I think kbyk said it earlier, but it's quite predictable ( not that I ever make money from it) . MM and the BOD would have known this could happen, especially without clear plans laid out upfront and quickly...
