I find it very unlikely that he won't have already got 75% , I find it odd that a vote happens after all the work and raise.

Poker I'm agreeing with you, on the split. My point was more about if you remove ingen from the picture completely as if it never occured, beaut and nut would have been better off than the divorce. It's like getting a divorce from someone that ran up your credit cards and never contributed

I dont like how some things went down, agree with poker on that, but it kinda is what it is now. Nut and beaut have been funnelling money to ingen and they havnt really benefited from that or been paid back anything, but this is where the choice comes in, you either go ingen or not if you feel they have "stolen value". I think there are a lot of ways this could have been betrr for remain comp, but if ingen fails beaut and nut are going to get hit so it needs a good seperation

The wording at the meeting after lines up with the current plan. Shares are getting cancelled and you essentially undiluted the original dilution. Essentially your options are swallow the 13% dilution and take ingen shares or give ingen away and recover your dilution, essentially you are giving ingen away for nothing.

Regardless it doesn't quite matter, what ever % you have in THG now... You will get the same % in ingen if taking standard option
