Even though technically removed, the shares in issue I believe are still same same( of someone can confirm) . Also I believe today is the day staff get access to shares and can sell them ( I think)

The March FTSE UK Index new issue cut-off date is 4 March 2025, with the effective date for the rebalance on 24 March 2025.

So I'm assuming the answer to my question would be March 4th

The deferred 1 shares are worth a collective £1. When B's get converted to deferred they are basically removed, they have no voting rights and are basically worthless. It may not be technically removed, but it might as well be

Havnt read it since it came out but thought B shares were just transitional, as in a marker so they can then create ingen shares based of amount of B, but not converting B as they are remain Co shares. B shares are then turned into worthless deferred 1 shares, which are cancelled in a year. Assuming there is a boring reason for that as giving time and other stuff...

If I recall it was 14.6% raise, ingen is 13.4% coming off increased amount, so in regards to excess wording that would be a slightly smaller shares in issue than before dilution by maybe around 0.6-0.7%. I'm assuming

Nothing wrong with reading the small print.

I always viewed it fairly simply. You take ingen shares and accept the dilution that occured, or you give away ingen for no benefit except recovering dilution.

Am I missing something with the b shares, I thought this was common knowledge for some time?
