Telxx the box states from last notification which was before raise on 4th Oct. They then may have got around not needing to issue a tr 1, I had assumed it's because they proportional increased but maybe other reasons.

We know they took part in the raise, so their shares would be higher than that of 4th Oct and one listed as previous in RNS

No worries turtle, I think that was what alot of people were expecting. No. No increase in shares, just technical all it did was undo dilution of raise as market cap went back from 1.5b to 1.3b.

Sorry turtle, some reason my message was cut. If your asking if you can get ingen shares if you didn't do anything, then it's too late. If your asking if you got ingen shares, what do you do now, then youll need to talk to your broker as they all do things slightly differently. I'm with HL and waiting for them to tell me what to do with them ( they separated the shares and are listed under their own ATM)

As someone who pointed out last week, we don't know what they did. Sofina could have bought more, but also simply not have taken up ingen or anything else / mix.

Yorek my view is similar to yours, I don't see him just going to ingen now with everything. Besides if he has 40% or more he doesn't need anything, he'll have over 50 if you factor in his other holding and could have swapped enough.

He can easily also buy back the shares he transfered, for not that much right now... I wonder if he will be looking at something new as well

Gold, havnt done it and no idea if % is accurate but you can do some rough calcs by figuring out how much MMs % of shares has dropped as I think we know amount of ingen shares are 200 mil or so, so think that's where it comes from

Though looking at it again Matt's tr1 date of change is Dec 30, others are Jan 2nd. So yea...most likely just held on

Though the numbers on rough look don't add up, there was a 14+ % raise to 1,525,764,626 voting rights, to maintain their exact percentage of 8. Whatever they would have needed more than 127m listed, more like 132m? Otherwise we would have got a tr1 before. So it could be a mix of everything ? Or am wrong as usual somewhere
