MW reduced by near 50% , and the SP started dropping on the day they increased by 10% , my money is well get another increase note for yesterday ( drop near 4%early doors) me have 50% of their short back to use now, and I assume they are. They know they have a few weeks before anything happens. Maybe MA wants some more and is pushing it down, or wild tiger found a new monopoly set

Oke MW reduced o it's hard to tell what they are doing. By about 45% , that 45% would have included the dilution of 15% worked out inside it. There recent increase of around 10% from 0.5 to 0.55 could be anyone's guess.

If they didn't adjust, the shares coming back will... Should offset the original 15% dilution, so it's not really extra shares ( or dividend den ?)I guess. imo

THG goes up, ingen won't increase so if ratio is 6:1 now it could be 8/9:1 etc. if it goes down nothing changes you get 6:1.

That's how I've interpreted it anyway so could be wrong.

My point was that for ingen the value of THG doesn't matter, it's going private whatever value it has now is locked, and when private it won't have value again until it's sold or shares trade ( ignoring value for internal / bank reasons) THG going down doesn't give anyone any benefits.

To get back to 64 we need a 40% increase. I still struggle how any of this was meant to be edit LTH, there surely would have been a better way to get this sorted especially without a raise.

Question with the staff dilution on shares, im assuming ingen staff would probably be majority? Simply due to #'s?

It really doesn't matter what it drops below 49p, the deal and prices are set. Ingen goes private at whatever price it's still worth the same amount. Only above 49p does it matter for those that want THG shares in trade

It is of no one's benefit for the SP to be below 49p, you always get the same ratio of THG or ingen below 49p. when private = doesn't matter at all what ingen is valued at now. Who cares if the ingen value on paper is 75m, it literally doesn't mean anything, the steal already happened.

It is in MM interest to get THG as high as possible so he doesn't have to give up as many THG shares in ratio, the idea that low sp benefits him is backwards.

I suppose though if it is adjusted down, that's only from 100 mil, so doubt anyone would worry about a X % on doing anything off that.

Could they start a bidding war, not for the entire ingen but all the shares that others want to trade for THG? Don't believe anything will happen, but had a stupid thought

Probably a flag system that starts auto deleting as well if the user is known. Also let's not forget they probably get their own posts deleted so they can push censorship theories and they are covering something up, noticed that a few times last few weeks

Don't see anyone being able to get there hands on ingen now, even if a bid came in unless it was extremely good it would just never get passed, current voting for those that want ingen has increased by 15%. Ingen is the baby, it won't be sold unless it's stolen
