1 pencil.
Do you mind running through what you mean about THG still owning 75% , maybe my brain is t working this morning and I can't get my head around it. Do you mean just the usual 65% + the staff shares?
Been thinking, I didn't listen to him yesterday but people said he said something along lines that there won't be any dilution in THG shares because on demerger some get cancelled. I again don't quite understand that, but surely then if 15% shares were raised, then a reduction of around 15% is needed so that means ingen would be moved at a ratio of around 6.6 THG shares to 1 ingen shares. I feel like I'm being really stupid though...
My view is that Ingen is as low as it is, because otherwise they simply couldn't have done the share trade for THG shares at a good ratio to suit them or at all.
What I would have preferred to see is straight up getting ingen shares and then you can choose to sell them, or exchange for THG shares... With ingen being valued at the supposed 60p, or even 40p followed by a raise of 100mil then, with dilution occuring on ingen shares equating to 20% on that.
THG main shares should not have been played with to raise money esp at lows.
What I also don't like is those that just picked up 100mil shares without it affecting the SP. We all know Fraser's would have bought no matter what they have been gifted a SP they would never have got if they bought 10mil on open market.
