@ yes that's basically how I saw it. Re ingen, you can either get shares in gen at whatever split, trade ingen shares for THG shares or try and get more ingen shares by giving THG shares ( the last may not be for retail)

My concerns are future dilution in private, going from Isa to non listed means comes out of Isa, so have to factor in cgt now, esp with budget .. and ability to sell. I'll prob leave a % in just not sure how much

Thought it read were losing lease liabilities and keeping debt, which I think is BS...ingen caused most of that

New shares can't be sold for 90 days I think, obviously most probably have shares already so you could look at it that way...

If I'm reading it right ( prob not) seems they already have people in line to take all the ingen shares that others don't want no matter the amount.

Navek nothing's going private tonight, it's buying more shares in THG placing which will mean ofc it will be shares for ingen when it goes private. The question is is the placing price going to be similar, higher or lower than closing price. If I'm wrong someone please correct me

If ingen is spun out it seems if MM can move his warehouses and just in general that he would easily be able to probably find a significant part of it and I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up with a larger % holding in ingen, but under 51% . All imo ofc, and especially the next, I get the impression he would rather make the most out of ingen than the others in terms of maximizing stake and future potential profit / growth.
