I don't see them doing anything about premium listing now as it's potentially very close to auto. They should have done this at latest a year ago , or I would have liked to see it happen then when it became clear of delays

Yesimabeliever, I think also one of the main issues is that they were clear to Apollo that they wouldn't get controlling stake right from start and the impression I got was that at the last minute they decided to go for 51% or something, and it didn't go down well with the 65% , could be wrong but that's how I read the messages.

Why would his stake stop them from saying anything? I never really understood why someone with what 8% be able to control their communication, just doesn't seem like it would.

Well the ftse 250 is still down 7-8% and nearly 15% from high peaks in last 5 years, it's up 5.5% ish in a year, but how does that help your point? If something is chronically undervalued and has been for a long time, using the fact it goes up 5 % in a year doesn't prove it wrong, it just comes across as trying to make a point off weak facts
