No there is no way MM can treat PI differently to II in terms of what one gets, it would have to be the same , yes that is contradiction on information giving, but this is different. The only thing I can see is a low ball offer, where you'd have to fold in as that's what the II mostly seem to want to do, but you seem to be asking if we'll be treated differently, I don't think that can happen, happy to be corrected.
