Wondering what to vote for - Does any shareholder out there have any views on the income to capital option that has been put to shareholders? -specifically in relation to the subsequent share price value depending on which option is chosen? would appreciate some insight - Otherwise have a smashing Christmas!

I agree with Cader and adi8. I don't expect much of a recovery above 1.10 if that for the next 6 -8 weeks. Whatever happens after that is guesswork. This is not MCRO which I held through it's hiccup. I'm an interested observer and still wish you all well

I'm at work presently and don't have time to give a more detailed eplaination other than facts already given. MWJ -I have got out of PACE before the drop and made profit on it earlier in year. I was lucky and am not getting back in anytime soon. Good luck

I was lucky nad got of this company and reinvesting elsewhere 2 weeks ago - saving a few thousand. This sector is unpredictable, fastly changing, carrying high risk. This company issues a profit warning and is dropping out of the FTSE250, I wouldnt be rushing in here. But if you do, best of luck because, I think you'll agree, you'll need it.

Not sure - it is indeed high - 685m as apposed to pretax profits 71.1m ,ratio of near 10-1 - so in theory it is relatively high. But I still have bought back in at the 161 mark - have made profit trading on this share quite a number of times before and still feel prospects are good but will worry if price drops below 150 and will likely sell if it goes to 145.Its getting to squeeky time. BTW why the patriotic name?

Hi British, I think you are being a bit premature. Give it 6 - 8 weeks from now and when it gets closer to its ex div date, you will see it rise. Fundamentals are fine here - only worry is future of the sector that's giving the market the wobblies - But PACE has track record and will do well.

Mrs Josephine Phillips has bought 29,139 shares at 308.86p each. That takes her stake to 69,139 shares. As I have said on my previous posts this share will recover in value whether or not there is a takeover. lol

The underlying fundamentals of this company are good and it may take weeks to months to recover, but that it will do, whatever Stan says. LOL

I bought these at 198 in December - Have risen nicely. Now not sure if to sell off? Has anyone any idea if the co. will be subjec to a target bid?
