Cambells, Mark talked about it on a few occasions during the video. Obviously nothing has been signed yet and an rns would come out prior to mark confirming it over a presentation.

As previously discussed, if it wasn't going to happen, why does Mark keep mentioning it as an option. Even more likely now mako will have spare capacity! More pressure on calibre. Balls in our court.

I like his comment around 8:23, stating that they have recently been getting new upto date quotes on trucking/explosives etc and how they haven't changed. I wonder why....

I think it's great timing that mako have realised they haven't such a large resource and talk a potential toll mining there. Imagine if you were a large shareholder a calibre and found out they've missed out out $25m a year free money!

This is probably unlikely but maybe it works out cheaper to toll to El Limon for both us and calibre. If calibre are already trucking ore to la libertad, then maybe it makes sense for them just to truck some more ore from El Limon and use then use a bit of their capacity at El Limon perhaps? Could be totally wrong. No idea the time/distance to mako's nearly built mine but maybe that has influenced something? All guess work. I don't car where we truck it, let's just get some gold out the ground and make some money.

Hmm, interesting. We know mark has been talking about a 2nd hand plant. He says he wants to put a deposit down at some point.
Surely he would have mentioned it in the recent RNS under the post-dated highlights or in the recent talk he did last Tuesday. I highly doubt anything would be shipped over to la India so quickly. No point us having a processing plant lying around on site at this present moment in time.

So much potential here it blows my mind. We ca easily prove up a couple more million right on our dorrstep. Calibre have pavon and the borosi District which works for their hub and spoke model. Our very likely 5m is all within out 580 Square km District. We've only drilled I think 10% of the district so far.

I still hope a toll agreement goes ahead. We've got so much gold, I don't mind giving some of it away to avoid a bigger dilution. However, I wonder whether Jim would rather plough more money for a bigger percentage. Must be a tricky challenge for Mark as he hasn't the capital to increase his holding here.

Mark keeps talking about 3,500tpd processing plant so figures crossed he's bagged himself a used processing plant. He can always just construct a part of it and work at a lower rate if he thinks that is the better option to start with.

Mark is presenting at 10:50am Eastern time which means it'll be 3:50pm gmt. Only a 10 min slot, must be hard to get anything substantial across in just 10 minutes!

I'm not sure. If calibre buy us out, I doubt they would build a processing plant at la India. They would just transport ore to la libertad due to it's spare capacity. I don't think the villagers would be best pleased as there wouldn't be any jobs for them. Mark keeps talking about the importance of keeping the villagers happy.

Samthedog, yv00 isn't suggesting you aren't a long term holder, he's merely pointing out your posts lack any decent content. Repeated posts are pretty pointless and clog up the board.

Seingred, I assume they would have got the toll processing costs directly from Mark. He spoke of these costs earlier this year.

91% IRR is amazing. This valuation doesn't even take into account the underground resource. Let's hope more people start to listen. Mark is presenting on the 10th November, let's see if there is anymore news on the processing plant.

On another note, calibre are going strong. Market cap nearly £500m.

I'd accept an offer from condor before a cpo comes into place which will be much lower.

The government want the mine. The villagers want the jobs, they won't derail the project for 7% of the land. Imagine the amount of taxes the government will get out the duration of the project. They will not be bullied for this last 7%.

Cambells, I agree we'll struggle to finance the project without 100% of the land. However, I disagree with your comment about committing to a plant.

As Mark has said, we are at advanced negotiations with a processing plant. Before we look at financing the project, we'll need to know how much we need to borrow.

Once Mark has confirmed he has placed a deposit on a processing plant, he'll then be able to run through different scenario's on the size of the plant. If Mark goes for a larger processing plant, it might be he only constructs part of it. Don't forget, there'll be increased construction AND operating costs with a larger plant. I've always said it's good to have options, fingers crossed Mark has sealed a deal with the seller of this processing plant.

Lumina have a current market cap of around £150m. Their capex is $1bn, they have a much larger resource.

They will need to borrow 6 times their market cap. I'm sure we'll have no issues raising capital with our aisc and npv numbers which will be much improved with updated numbers.

I'm just concerned what the shareprice will be prior to the fundraise. Might struggle at this rate to get the shareprice over 50p for that raise to become less dilutive.

WG - probably didn't explain the post properly. I know we haven't 100% of the land yet. I was getting at Mark pushing on with the project without boxing off the whole land and how that might affect our shareprice.

I could well be wrong, but I hoped having 100% of the land would bump our shareprice up to then allow reduced dilution when the fund raise occurs.

Mark said we have enough money for the next 6 months. I hope our shareprice is higher by then, but then look at the shareprice over the last 12 months. I know we'll be closer to production, but I wonder whether our shareprice will be much higher by the time mark agrees the funding.

I'm happy holding, not selling anytime soon. The more I think of it, the more I'd rather see us go into production.

I guess the only thing to bump up the shareprice pre fundraise would be a toll deal. Could still be done without 100% of the land potentially.
