Af, Mark doesn't particularly say we have the mill. He's been talking about finalising the purchase of the processing plant for many months.

Nice confident short video. Good to hear he's not letting this last 7% of land stop condor in progressing with all the studies etc. I'd be interested to know how much we can do without this 7% and where this 7% is location wise.

Unless an offer comes on the table, I personally think the final financing for the processing plant will be the catalyst compared to land purchasing. I think there will still be people sat on the sideline waiting for that hopefully final fundraise to get us into production. Mark has stated a mine funding decision will be announced early next year. This will be when I'm most interested in.

I'm fairly sure calibre weren't as advanced as we were on their borosi concession. So I can see why they wanted to get to production quicker. If we can get into some form of production with minimal dilution, then hats off to mark and the team. Putting current shareholders first.

Mako are too small to buy us out. Market cap aside, we are a much bigger outfit than mako. Our land package and resource is much larger. They've hot enough on their plate at the moment.

We sold our Potrerillos concession to Mako back in Dec 2019 so I'm 100% sure Mark knows there situation. From looking at the map on our presentation, looks a similar ish distance from la India to mako's new Processing plant when compared to la libertad.

I have had conversations with Mark over email but wouldn't consider hassling him with this Intel, as I'm sure he'll be aware of their situation.

Further video's on the mina la India fb page. One mentions about how they are still allowing artisanal to continue to work on our land.

I believe everything is going to plan. Keep the faith.

When we were granted the permits, did the agreement say we have to build a processing plant? I'm pretty sure there will be issues if calibre just came in, trucked all the ore to la libertad and there were minimal to no jobs for the locals. Surely that wouldn't go down well at all.

They have put up another video about land acquisitions and how they respect the local landowners and still allow artisanal miners to earn a living. Looks like a local/national news crew did the piece.

Anyone on here know Spanish? Would be interested to know what the interviewees were saying.

They have put up 3 short video's interviewing people in the local community who have agreed terms with condor for the sale of their land. I can't speak Spanish but there is a small blurb in English.

Watching these video's made me realise how real it is and also how difficult it is for someone to sell their land, especially if they use it for cattle. However, on the other hand, the sale of the land will greatly benefit the village with new jobs and better living standards. It looks like there is a good community spirit in the village and good relations with condor (from what you can take from the information available to us from the Internet).

Just thinking out loud. When our permits were granted, are we legally bound to have to build a mine? Especially with the local village wanting the jobs.

I can't see calibre buying us and then have to build a mine when they have all the spare capacity at la libertad? I assume there is no local village near calibre's recently 100% owned borosi District.

Don't get me wrong, I'm getting somewhat frustrated with the time this is taking. I can't quite remember which interview it was recently (I've listened to too many of them now!), but Mark did mention that it has been a 24/7 job being ceo here. There will be lots of things that Mark is doing in the background that we will not be aware of. I'm willing to take his word on this, he seems a honorable ceo. Hopefully once the land is fully secured, Mark can hit the button on financing the project.

Same here, just a normal guy. I'm pretty sure Mark has mentioned he can offset tax from the money they have already invested into the project.

Don't quote me, but I remember aaz have to give 12.5% to the government for royalties. Ours will be minimal. 3% royalties I believe.

Remember, Jim is worth around £1billion (from Google 2019). If this is correct, he has only invested an extra 0.0043% of his net worth.

That's like me investing something like £400! Good these shares are in safe hands, but to me it shows there isn't enough wider interest in condor at the moment. We are getting towards the business end, come Mark, get things done.

I do wonder if randy is offloading more.

Personally, I think a lot of investors are sitting on the sidelines waiting for financing to be confirmed. Yes, might see some steady gains with land purchases etc, but the construction decision is what we are all waiting for.

We know Mark is keen on this 2nd hand plant over the 2 brand new plants from China (likely due to the cost savings!). They are literally at a point of lawyers checking all the finer details.

Get us over that line mark. Get that land bought and confirm the plant and financing and tell the market we mean business!

The simple answer is no. There isn't enough liquidity over there with minimal trades hence the wide spread.
