As already mentioned, I think a smaller plant means a toll milling agreement is more likely than if we went for the bigger plant. If a toll agreement wasn't on the cards, then Mark would want to get as much gold out the ground. Going for a smaller plant plus toll milling would give us over 100,000 oz a year.

How long will we have to wait? Somewhere between March and May 2021 perhaps?

I do wonder if during negotiations regarding toll milling, calibre are asking to own a % of us. That way, they will benefit from getting shares at this level and a way in.

When we received the environmental permit in August 2018 is was to construct and operate a processing plant. Are we allowed to go against this/revise this if we don't build a mine and calibre buy us out and use the deposit as part of their hub and spoke model? Would the government allow this or not? It wouldn't create as many jobs for the locals obviously.

Interesting comment regarding $50m investment in 2021. If correct, I would assume this would be overall investment rather than equity.

Let's not forget EL, if we go for the smaller plant at 1,500tpd that could still give us around 60,000oz (does that sound about right). Now, if we also agree a toll milling agreement of 40,000oz a year, we will have 100,000oz produced with minimal capex and minimal share price dilution.

I would rather not be diluted and scale up with all our free cash flow we'll have.

Connect, guess the moral of the story is buy on the dips and hold until the big news. I'm not trying to trade this share. Not good at doing that. Never sure when the right time to sell is.

How do you know about Ross Beaty and Lukas Lundin both being in Nicaragua? I listened the the video but didn't hear anything (unless I missed it). Lundin owns 4% of Calibre and we all know Beaty owns 5.8% of condor.

With nothing to do on a Friday night, other than watching world war z, I thought to myself 'I wonder if Ross Beaty is thinking of condor as an acquistion'.

Ross is on the board of equinox gold, who are solely situated in the americas, they currently have projects in the US, Mexico and Brazil.

They are massive compared to us, but thought I'd look at their current projects and upcoming projects.

I'll try and post a link to their presentation on the next post but they have a project that is in the construction phase at the moment which is similar to ours, we have better gold recovery, lower aisc's and they have an IRR of 85% based on gold price at $1,800 (interesting they are using this price, seems high to me). Their upfront capex is $103m as well.

Sproutdave - regardless of the bad maths, please go away and research how companies are valued. You could look at P/E ratios.

You can't put a value based on those numbers you mentioned. You've not looked in tax etc.

Go do some research on already producing miners and look at their profit after tax per year etc.
