Totally agree tester. They are a one trick pony, they need Newcrest to toll mill their ore. They are over a barrel there. They are too far away from putting their own mine up and with it being underground, it will cost them a lot. So all they have is to toll mill to newcrest.

Toll is just one of our options. I know newcrest are already in a JV with GGP but I still think it'll be an interesting conversation over toll milling when the time comes.

Although they have shot up this year, at this moment in time, I definitely know where my money will be going.

I invested into avacta earlier this year, got out a month ago as I was in the process on moving house and needed the money for the deposit. The house fell through 2 weeks ago so I bought 40,000 more shares here beginning of last week. For the first time in a long time my timing has been good to me.

Isa, he had a table with lots of shares and he talked through them. He's talked about condor in his past talks. As mentioned, he talked about production within 18 month and talked about 100,000oz or higher per year and mentioned about the massive exploration potential.

Let's not forget our current resources are only on less than 10% of our land package. I believe 5m is doable. Just a matter of time.

I might be looking into this too much but here goes.

Earlier this year mark talked about starting off with a smaller processing plant and then ramp up to avoid bigger dilution. Now he talks a lot more about going straight to 120,000oz per annum. Now, it could be because of the size of the plant he has his eye on, but you would expect that they could just put up and run it at a lower rate to reduce opex costs.

It might be that a toll deal is more likely and therefore we won't need to dilute as much and go straight for the 120,000oz.

I know mark has presented at the shares investor evening organised by AJ Bell/shares mag.

Regarding master investor, I'm not quite sure. Interesting if it is the first time as this is Jim's event. JM has mentioned about cnr but only briefly in his other talks, maybe now is becoming the time he starts promoting it more as we are getting closer to that production decision.

You'll have to research companies that are at the stage just prior to a production decision, look at pure gold for example. Yes, you may not multi bag like here, but it's a safer bet as they are further down the line and everything at that stage is de-risked. Take condor gold for example, in the process of getting a finance decision in their 100% owned concession.

Let's not forget MC has been talking about buying all the land and site clearance by the end of this year. There isn't really much more that Book5 is saying that we haven't already been made aware of. We know negotiations have been in place for many months regarding a toll agreement, there will be due diligence regarding this.

I think we are just working closer and closer to the year end and hope Mark is true to his word and hopefully soon he can fly a drone over our land package with the site cleared ready for the next steps.

Final purchase. Raided the back of the sofa. Added another 25,000 shares at 46.9p. Taken me up to a round 150,000 shares. Happy to just sit and wait. The next 3-4 months will be interesting. Good luck all lth's.
