That is the million dollar question. If you were newcrest, would you pay over 40 times of what you have invested so far for the last 30%? (they have paid £50m for 70%, so to pay over £1bn for 30% that equates to roughly 40 x their original investment). I'm not sure they would.

How this company is valued at nearly £1bn? I have keeping an eye on these for over 6 months and well done to everyone that has invested in here and made money.

What I don't understand is that newcrest have up to 70% of haverion and its only cost then £50m. Let's say they find 10m oz, newcrest's 7m has cost them £50m. Why would they then try and buy out ggp's 30% for £1bn? If I were newcrest, I'd just keep my 70% rather than overpay for 30%. I know ggp have other targets but they are too early to really add true value.

Let's be realistic for a moment, I've seen people here talking about multi-bagging from this current share price. That would value the company at £2bn with a resource of what, a couple of million ounces to their name.

Jaguarflush - how are you comparing ggp to serabi. Ggp are valued 18 times higher than serabi at present. Are you confused?

Jim last purchased shares on the open market on the 24th September. He bought 100,000 shares at 43p. I wonder whether we are currently in a closed period with news imminent.

Thanks for the link EL. He also mentions ggp underneath and without being blunt is basically saying they are massively overvalued. I like how John compares us to calibre and it very confident on our future potential as we are sitting on a 3-5m oz gold district.

Mako's share price in August this year was 0.50 cad. Since releasing their resource update which was lower than expected, their share price has halved to 0.26 cad. They could really do some positive news. Maybe a toll deal would be possible.

Munchbox, we are still suffering due to the fact we are waiting for a production decision. I'm sure you are aware of articles like this and it's been put on here a few times but here it is again http://www.usfunds.com/slideshows/lifecycle-of-a-mine/ our development investment analysis has dragged a long time due to the political unrest back in 2018 causing delays in our permit process. Ggp are riding that first rise on the graph in the link and they may jump quick to the production part with their farm in.

The problem here is that Mark has several options regarding his production decision and hasn't yet confirmed his plan. You could look at that 2 ways, positively in the fact he has options, but negatively in the fact that investors may get jittery or be waiting on the sideline ready to jump in once we have a decision. The old pfs and numbers doesn't promote how profitable we will be now given the increase in pog and our optimisation studies and new Higher grade pits that have been added.

Once updated numbers are truly released and a production decision finally made, that's when we'll see a steady rise. Let's not forget, this delay has been good to us as pog has increased 28% this year and over 75% in 5 years. That will surely outweigh the running costs of the company during this delay.

Hard to compare against ggp, they are still an exploration company. I personally think they are massively overvalued, maybe I'm just jealous they've multibagged several times whilst we've hardly moved this year despite such positive move. If I had more money, I would invest in here than ggp. We can easily multibag. For ggp to multibag once, they'll be valued at £1.8bn which is outrageous.

We just need that production decision and keep our number of shares in issue as low as feasibly possible! Look how many shares are in issues at ggp.

Good knowledge cambells, this was a little before my time. I always wondered why we had the Potrerillos concession, makes total sense now.

They are starting at 500tpd and will increase to 1000tpd once the Las Conchitas area is further drilled which is expected to be added to the processing plant end 2022! If anyone has a spare 40 odd minutes, here is a good video from mako mining. Haven't chance to detail all the things discussed at the moment. Not been able to listen to all of it (with a 2 year old at home wanting all my attention), no mention of toll mining. Basically, they rushed to get to production, reserves less than previous estimates. They need to do a lot of exploration. The veins at san albino continue at strike into potrerillos and is just over a small river, about a couple 100m from their current pit. Hopefully this previous deal will positive for any discussions regarding possible toll mining. Akiba said they could find gold 300km away from here and it would still be profitable for them.

Akiba leisman, the CEO is an avid tweeter. Nothing to suggest a toll mining with them, however it is interesting to look through his tweets. There are lots of pictures showing their progress, the tsf, the processing plant etc. He comes across quite extrovert and is probably the opposite of Mark, not that that is an issue in any way.

Cambells, I know we wouldn't need a 3,500tpd plant for mestiza, however Mark has been in negotiations for over 7 months on a plant this size. I would rather him purchase a plant this size for let's say 25-30% cheaper than new, than buy a new smaller plant for 1000tpd. I'm not sure how it works it he does go ahead with the 3500tpd processing plant. If we bought it but only wanted to use part of it, could we just ship over the bits we need. Would a deposit be enough to secure the whole of the processing plant and the rest stays on its current site until we have to money to buy the rest. I doubt it but you never know.

Cambells, Mark keeps talking about 18-24 months until we go into 'proper' production. How much do you think capex will be with a 3,500tpd plant? How much dilution do you think that will add? Get a toll deal for 1-2 years max, reduce dilution. I am all for toll mining to reduce initial dilution. Surely you'd rather have 150m shares in issue and early cash flow rather than let's say 250m shares!
