Cora Gold have just released an RNS today stating a $21m financing package which will fund their mine build for a 40,000oz 6 year mine life. From reading the RNS it appears they think that will be enough to fund their mine build, yet mark is stating double that for the smaller start up which is 40-50,000oz. Am I missing something?

Should have been 'breaking ground', no breaking down. I'm having a break down with how woeful this share price is lol.

I listened to the talk and Q&A tonight. Not a great deal to add to what has already been said in the BB tonight.

The ministry of mines want all 10 conditions to be completed before breaking down. This includes the likes of the tailing storage facility, mine schedule, accommodation block along others.

As Erdles said, Mark is in advanced negotiations for a 2nd hand processing plant. We had undertaken site visits for the processing plant. They have yet to put a deposit down yet and haven't signed a deal yet. If that falls through, they will look to buy a new one from China.

Regarding land purchases, I don't think this will delay us in any way. It will take a while to get the site ready. We have the land for the processing plant.

The way I see it is that the only reason to push through the land purchases and pay way over the odds is to fully de-risk for a straight forward buy out from a bigger company. I would rather mark ration our money for land purchases than just give the landowners what they want. They can't do anything with it. It's a negotiation.

Hi Teerex99. Welcome to the board. I think canadian listed miners are better valued than us, likely due to sentiment in smaller miners in Canada. Although we are listed, no one seems to care about us over there with tiny volumes if anything trading there. I do think we'll re-rate somewhat once our financing is in place and 100% derisked with all land purchases (which I don't see being an issue).

They are starting a phased return to a 'steady state' of production over the next 4-6 weeks.

Fingers crossed for progression of discussions regarding toll mining.

Wow Slippery, what a great collection of shares you've built up over the years. I wish I had that amount to invest here. I'm just over 6 figures. Never sold other than to move into an ISA.

I've only had several conversations over the past 1-2 years with MC even though I've been invested for nearly 10 years. I haven't copied and pasted any conversations with Mark on here.

None taken seingred. We're all in this together, some more than others. Some may have different views on our valuation and that's fine. It has been disheartening the duration it has taken but it is what it is. As most on here, the fundamentals are what is important and for the majority on here, we know what we've got. Let's just hope the rest of the market realise this and we are at the start of a bull market for gold coupled with good makro conditions as Ross beaty was pointing out. I am very excited to see what the next 6-12 months bring and I truly believe we are in the business end!

You've outright said you want to get back in at a lower price, you blatant deramper.

It was in an email. I mean, it's a pretty sensible thing to do when it comes to negotiating. Once you know what they are willing to accept, then you negotiate based on the size and knowledge of local land prices. MC is no fool. He'll be doing his best not to waste shareholders money. I see him as a very reasonable and sensible person. He won't want to get the government involved in pressurising the landowners unless it's a last resort.

The company has purchased 3 important packages of land in the past 4 weeks. They were likely low on cash hence the raise last week.

As I mentioned, they continue to buy land. All landowners have given a price they are willing to sell at a long time ago and it's been a negotiation with our 4 lawyers and Mark overseeing the purchases. Either we were low on funds and needed cash, or this plant we have an eye on is getting closer. The plant they are interested in is not in the country. I didn't think there were any companies with a spare processing plant lying around.

Just imagine if no further fund raise was required and we managed to strike a toll mining agreement to fund the equity or as simms mentioned a few posts down to borrow against our investment in this project. Just imagine. Let's hope Mark has something up his sleeve.

Mark has known the calibre guys for quite some time prior to their purchase of B2's mines. I think we are closer than we would have been with b2 gold tbh.

Mbhr44 - would you rather of them raised the money when we were down at 26p? I think not. Mark doesn't dilute for the sake of it. Let's not forget that Mark is diluting his % as well. We will see value in the shareprice in time.

I have zero concerns about the land purchases. The company is continuing to purchase land.
