"ODX could have £100 million pound in their bank", i wouldn't get counting those chickens yet, the government have a track record of pivoting from one hot topic to the next (look at the UK-RTC fiasco).

Problem being that the market doesn't think ODX can hold water above £1 (after two attempts at it), so we get to that level and then get loads of sellers that force us back down again, will nee some considerable figures in the next RNS to break that cycle, and it needs to be confirmed sales figures, not further bollo x regarding capacity.

The problem is the market were expecting some firm figures with regards the DHSC contract, we didn't even get Jam tomorrow, we got a maybe Jam next financial year and confirmation that the other revenue streams were doing sod all, so we wait and we wait for some actual news, but Colin keeps releasing bad news without firm order news we cant build a base to move up from (unless you consider 50p that base of course)

But why stockpile if the uk government didnt want them, why not sell if someone else wanted them, i don’t believe the government would have blocked sales under the dhsc first agreement if we had alternate orders

The only crash that is on the cards is when the CGT allowance is trashed by Sunak in his march budget, there will be a mad rush to get out at the current rate rather than the PAYE projected alignment rates, if thats to be believed, i wouldn't put it past him though.

@1965Kevin, We can only assume (and as per all ODX RNS' they leave us to assume), that which ever test the DHSC choose for the Antigen consortium to manufacture the margins will be the same, otherwise not even CK would sign up to that we assume (again !)

The complexity come if its not the mologic test, and we then have two production streams rather than one (with a different box and the end depending on which contract we are filling)

@Simonshares, I think you are being generous calling the disclosed yearly figures as average!, i think most people would describe them as poor to say the least, remember we were going to sell 46K ELISA test a day, and every ABC test we could manufacture last year!

Agree TT and CE news for the Mologic test is still the next jump point for ODX to achieve, in the current climate even they cant fail to sell some surely, Whenever the DHSC contract actually turns into a revenue stream, then we can look at a price beyond £1.20 imv

If Avacta get CE mark in Q1 looks like they will jump ahead of our CE mark?, not that anyone knows when we are expecting to get TT finished and CE mark, it looks to be a state secret, or perhaps protected by a mythical NDA

Sums it up i think, market just doesn't want smoke and mirrors anymore we want facts and figures, sales not capacity

The response to the RNS surely is basically it said, we have signed up to manufacture a product using equipment we have borrowed, how many we don't know, what type we don't know, for how much and how long we don't know, and starting from when we don't know. Oh and by the way the person we have signed up to is 3 days away from cancelling the last agreement we had with them.

We unfortunately need details and they are simply not their, and ODX's previous performance is commercialising is demonstratively poor,

We were waiting for TT news for hope of some sales, now we have another unknown in the pipeline, Could have done without this RNS and waited for some meat on the bones.
