There could be numerous reasons to sell, the only good reason i can give them is they are utilising their CGT allowance before the end of the financial year, everything else throws question on the news streams the company is putting out

Mr Rhodes clearly willing to sell all his holding as soon as he actions the option, So any idea when the next lot of his 1.8M options can be taken.

Surely they cant be performance based, looking at the interim results figures.

@Janix: I'm assuming you like the rest of us are holding waiting for the price to go up, because we are on the cusp of a transformation in the company's fortunes, or thats what we are being led to believe, If so and we assume the BoD are sensible businessmen, why take £68K now for something that should be worth considerable more in 3 months time, something doesn't sit right, if we were not expecting news we can take the sales as just them making good business decisions, but the timing of this is questionable to say the least

@Jonnyb20, Happy for you to make the case why the BoD selling a considerable proportion (if not all) of their holdings at this particular point in the company's progress is good news, add something to the debate!

@Ton1c, The issue comes to one of credibility, either the BoD have sold early and as business men we would expect them to sell at the top of the market where possible, or the company have over stated the likely impact to the SP of the mythical government contract.

@Sledgey121. Directors exercise options and sell shares all the time, i don't think that is the issue here, the issue is the company makes a big deal of ramping itself going forward

And then all of the BoD bail from substantial proportions of their holdings, doesn't send a good message on trusting the messages going out to the wider market, this is all about timing and the perceived confidence of the BoD in any likely SP movement.

FFS, and they wonder why they cant get any institutional interest in this company, Clearly the BoD only have their own interests in mind when viewing the share price.

The best indicator of sales will be the H2 accounts. Of course we will get updates before then but financials can't lie.

Mondays H1 financials are already known and people are losing their sht panicking about another drop. What you should be thinking about as CK indicated in the last presentation is what the H2 results in 6 months time will look like. I'm expecting £20-£30m profit,

I expect profit for the 6 months ending 31 March to be circa £30m, so £60m annualised would give a conservative £300m valuation, and that is before 2m+ expansion.

Omega will produce what they can and even if they stock pile now and sell nothing until Jan, they will sell, and it will be no different financially to selling all your stock on the day it is made.

Once3 things are up and running our capacity will be the limiting factor. We will sell every test we make.
