@Daprohet, @Mikodx, i have already clarified i was referring to the placing, that has been the lifeline for the company last year, based on them making a loss for the year.

@Kenirogas, the Second RNS states "Has allowed us to ensure a ready supply" ie past tense, The first RNS states "there is no COVID-19 lateral flow ..", ie present tense

So which one do we believe, with no Tech Transfer and no DHSC test selected it surely must be the first RNS statement ?

You cant make this crap up, Colin appears to not know if he is comming or going

So is the state of play :

a) "there are no COVID-19 lateral flow antigen tests that can be manufactured by Omega, on behalf of the Government, at this time."

or

b) "which has allowed us to ensure a ready supply of high quality, reliable British made rapid lateral flow tests"

When he is running a business that is making a profit and sustaining itself he can afford to not worry about investors, with the loss announced in latest trading update and him dipping into the placing money to keep the sh""show on the road, we are paying is wages !

Read the RNS, no orders as yet, means no orders as yet, "Told the papers" perhaps they should have told Colin.

@Trickymatters: I have always stated we will be over £1 when we get TT complete, check my history, The issue looks to be that we don't know how long that track is.

The big issue here i feel i Colin is concerned he has oversold his hand and needs a get out of Jail card in case the pressure comes on his performance.

The difference between the ODX twitter feed and their RNS releases is stark, and should be reviewed by them urgently.

on both 16/2 and 17/2 they said on twitter "We'll deliver 2M test a week in April" when they had no way of knowing they could do so (no tech transfer and no DHSC test selected). What they actually meant was we will have 2M capacity a week in April (the usual capacity statement), But then that statement wouldn't have supported the BOD selling a few days later, Now we hear that the DHSC demand may not arrive until May?

The wording of the RNS is simply a get out of jail free card for Colin if it all turns to S***, if we don't get to where we have been led to believe will be by the end of April, he will simply say, i did tell you, look at the RNS, when on twitter he is happy to bang the 2M per week drum over and over again, when we all know there are a number of constraining factors that could block that happening, Hopefully everything will come together but the news feeds out of the company are misleading to say the least.

What I expect Colin to do is to clarify his "Delivering 2M test per week in April" statement, when you consider all the constraining factors he is keen to make clear in order to "protect investors", how can he backup the 2M tests per week statement, we don't know when Mologic Tech Transfer will complete, so there cant be any manufacturing demand for them as yet, we don't even know the DHSC test yet, if its not Mologic then Tech transfer of that test looks likely to take us beyond the April date, It looks more and more like Colin is happy to ramp on twitter but when using regulated news channels there is always questionable information shared.

Slow to market means low to market !

I think a lot of people on this board don't even know what they are invested in, ODX are a manufacturing company and as yet with regards to Antigen tests we don't have one to manufacture. If as we now suspect the minimum £50M figure in the contract has been negotiated to support the preparation of the facility in order to produce for the DHSC, that has to be a big positive (would have been nice if that had been stated in the RNS!),in as far as limiting the exposure of the company, this could explain why Surescreen and GAD received other "Support of Manufacturing awards" and we didn't.

In order for the SP to take off substantially, we need news on Tech Transfer being complete, CE/CA approval, PHE approval, which will enable us to at least sell something, and the DHSC test to be selected.

DHSC demand could be longer and lower than we hoped, but at least with the minimum amount we hope we aren't going to get shafted as we did with the UK-RTC shambles.

I don't like the mixed messages coming out of the company, Ramping of Twitter and De-ramping via RNS.

Whats happening to the Mologic tech transfer, when will it be completed, when will we see CE/CA mark given, when will we see PHE testing results/approval, when could we see the Visitect antigen test hit the market?

What test will be selected by DHSC, will it be Mologic, Avacta, Vatic or even Surescreen, if it isn’t Mologic will another prolonged tech transfer mean the April delivery dates are at risk?

When will we have details of how much the DHSC contract is worth, £10m, £100m perhaps more, perhaps less, Surescreens £500m covers their IP not just manufacturing, so what is the market realistically expecting?

Will the SP hold 90-99 if we get no news before the end of April?

Only thing holding this back is the lack of detailed news with facts and figures coming out of the company, and the fact we are 14 weeks into Tech Transfer and still don’t know how long the track is!

I suggest you call your broker on monday and offer 10p over the ask, i’m sure they would find some for you
