Spread bid and ask price is 0 - can buy and sell at 1.3p strange?? what are MM doing?

Paul Pindar Chairman last year Feb 2019, paid £1million @10p for 10mil shares holding total 16,334,885 - The price paid is even more than the current combined value of Link's and Jupiter's holding. How much has changed from 1 year ago... If I was chairman, I would buy more to average down.
In addition, the following also have skin in the game now so shareholder interests are more aligned:
James Sturrock (CEO) granted 4,400,000 Options at an exercise price of 0.1p holding total 8.8mil options
Tim Parfit (CFO) granted 2,000,000 Options at an exercise price of 0.1p.

Why so many all trustpilot reviews all of a sudden? Certainly good news. Someone seems to also agree with the 2.5 mil buy.

Dramatic increase in price for sloth From £15 to £35... promotion for 2 free pillows (worth £60) on any mattress purchased has expired and now offering free sloth with any purchases over £300. Seems the sloth is a bit overly priced to buy alone, I guess this is a strategy to encourage people to spend £300 quid to get free sloth, nice to have but not a really thinking about a free sloth when considering the amount of money we are talking about for high price items. The question is would people be put off by such high price tag knowing it was less than half the price not long ago...I wud have thought £25 for a sloth teddy bear is where the line is in the sand... I like the sloth but not the most attractive deal

That’s cos a lot of big talk and promises made by CEO and investors patience are wearing thin on lack of action with walking the talk. Hopeful a nrf2 deal getting over the line but essentially it is whether there are enough interested buyers willing to pay big money and invest c4x developed nrf2 molecule.

The cute sloth story seems to have worked. Seems many of the reviews are related to sloth only, which has overall boosted the trustpilot score. Anyone know how which channels and how long have the tv adverts are scheduled for?

How does trustpilot reviews work? Are these reviewed by people right after the purchase or many days/weeks after purchase? Cos if latter then these reviews could be backlog from sales several months ago when sloth campaign kicked-in. Would be great to get ur thoughts on this. Cheers

8mil cash VS 3mil market cap with zero debt. The share price is pricing in a business to fail. Will it? IMO, Not in the short to medium term given the fact they have enough cash for now and are prioritising cost savings and profits over sales growth at any cost. A prospect of a takeover to consolidate this industry and takeout a competitor may make sense? They are still generating 20+ Million in sales with expanded product range for cross-selling.

Make or break this year. Huge bet on whether this NRf2 compounds for SCD can attract an out license deal. The price movement will rest on this deal. Expecting more data generated by Q1 on candidate selection of NRf2 compounds since as it stands the data is not good enough otherwise a deal would have gone through by now. If we don't see any news by H1... it will be testing times for the share price as cash burn is significant.

The selling by Jupiter has just suddenly stopped. I wonder why? Nice surprise takeover on the cards?

RNS -Jupiter Reduces Stake from 12.99% to 11.97%- still a long way yet. Also Link's interest too. If they continue to load all their stock on to the open market this would be pretty devastating for all investors.

I wonder who are the buyer (s)? individual investors or institutional interest

3.5ml market cap VS 8ml cash in bank (31st Dec) - Link and Jupiter want OUT so falling knife until sold. Where are the buyers in an industry that is intensively competitive with the likes of Emma, Simba, Casper and +130 others discounting and chasing sales growth over profit benefiting the marketing companies. Is this a value trap or opportunity? I think market cap undervalued.

Speechless... ?? CEO talk the talk last year with lots and lots of promises, yet to see results. Seems management realised that existing data was not as good as buyers wanted; so now... waiting for more data to be released H1 to demonstrate if the molecules are as good as they say. Investors can only wish that data generated is meaningful and adds much value. This year will be make or break!

Cudd you could well be right about your suspicions on Links Fund Solution with almost 20% holding. They are trying to sell off assets still to return investors from failed Woodford investor and expecting first tranche due end of the month. One at a time exit... seems better orderly.
