3p cash level arms length. At present the company is valued below cash assigning ZERO value to the brand which has invested millions to build. IMO should be worth at least 10 million + 8m cash in bank =18m.... With strong management team and focus on profitability and positive cash generation in recent months + online pureplay + competitors exiting ++++... a focus on achieving profitability, for example, 1-2m profit in the year 2020 at PE of 10x wud give it 10-20m valuation. DYOR.

Strong update. Key items that stand out for me are:
1) Cash positive and underlying cash pile de-risks investment.
2) Competitors exit EU (Casper, Leesa etc.)
3) Consumer Habits offline to online
4) Sales Strong in to July.
5) Strong leadership and confidence
With market cap still significantly below cash levels and demand for Eve shares are in upward trend. IMO DYOR

Digtal and online sales FTW. IMO limited downside risks with solid cashflow management; higher potential upwards. It only takes one interested buyer to get the party started. At these levels IMO is a no brainer risks vs reward. At these rock bottom levels mainly due to Woodford force sales.

I agree Bishman that social media influencers on YouTube and Insta is definitely where the brand should be positioned not only on the telly should be a mixed approach... Emma Sleep is all over it on Instagram promotions sharing via discount codes and influencers getting a slice of commission for every buyer. Influencers come at a big price tag nowadays tho.

Well.. despite 3rd place not being good enough. BUT it is more than priced in to the valuation @3.5mil which IMO has a lot of downside protection with 7.5 mil in bank; therefore I think it is more likely to trend upwards than down. Sales may not do wonders and still losing money but they are however targeting towards profitability and proven that by burning much less cash than previously (now 100k cash burn compared to millions previously) DYOR, IMO

1st place = Emma (Leader on Google adverts, Amazon & John Lewis)
2nd place = Simba (Decent on Google, Amazon & John Lewis)
3rd place = Eve Sleep ( Focused on D2C, Excellent on TV adverts, builds brands but conversion is lower compared to other sales partnership channels. I know Eve are partners with Next and Argos but these are probably not as successful as relationships that Emma has)

I think if Eve is gonna do well, they really need to outplay competitors and get in bed with Google, Amazon and John Lewis partnerships channels.

A few busy small buys today.. Trending upwards. The real alpha is when an institutional investor eventually spots value in this share. By then, it wud be too late to buy on the cheap.

Judging from the 120% outperformance from Emma... Eve looks to be doing alright for H1 so looking pretty optimistic.

In the UK, Emma Sleep D2C brand achieved a turnover of €44.3m in H1 Soaring by 120% compared to 2019. - the overall market has been pretty positive.

Emma to reduce prices!! "Thanks to the significantly high demand of Emma Original mattresses, the company will now reduce the price for UK’s most sold pure foam mattress." Competition is still pretty intense as Emma reduces prices.

Although offsetting this is: Casper, Sealy, Leesa are exiting EU market + Weaker High Street.

With Emma and Simba Sleep recently receiving funding/ acquisition with disclosure that Simba received €21.5 million for undisclosed equity, this makes Eve look pretty lowly valued compared to peers especially with 8mil cash in bank IMO? What do you think?

Profit taking from Acacia reduce from 11.96% to 10.81%? Buy in bulk on the cheap and offload on the market for a bit more. If this is the reason why they took over the position from Link solutions (Woodford); then this in the short to medium term will remain suppressed. Just concerned about other big holders wanting to offload too.. Richard, Lans.. until we have serious progress or iis interest, can project that this is gonna be a volatile ride.
