Cheryl Calverley new CEO. She is a good marketer no doubt key to this business but seems may be lacking of experience in other areas of business. Hope she can demonstrate increase her skin the the game by walking the talk with share purchases so shareholder interests are also aligned.

Link Fund Solutions had 13.79% = 36million shares outstanding overhanging. With all this volume, we've still not had any RNS updates on this position. Is this typical? Not sure how much they have cleared yet. I thought it is necessary to update if 3% movement in either direction. Does this mean they haven't sold more than 3% yet?

Buys outweighing sells causing pricing upward trend

I guess Jupitar and Link overhang should be pretty much cleared soon at these volumes. It will only take a few serious buyers to get this moving to higher levels.

Top up/buying opportunity.

Eve competitor "Simba raises 24 million dollars of new funding" (January 2020)- Compared with Eve's market cap at 4mil... Should never have come to this level if it wasn't for Woodford forced selling. With 8mil in cash bank, this company IMO shud be valued at much higher value similar to competitors value.

Consolidation in the industry makes sense. Competition pricing pressures and economic uncertainties require some consolidation.

1) Simba merge- think possible match would be with Simba especially since talks were put on hold in September "not the right time to pursue the potential merger", may be since company is now in better shape as reflected in strong results, now is the right time?
2) Emma Takeover- 2nd best alignment would be with Emma. (Emma & Eve) -

1st Jan to mid March according to TrustPilot, Eve ranked 2nd after Emma, even surpassing casper and simba.. think what you may but I think this company is worth more than cash on hand (8ml). Only reason for falling to this level is forced Woodford sellers, which is a great opportunity if u see it that way.

Direction upwards... as share overhang reduces, a very big gap in price is closing.

I suspect stock overhang clearing very soon... the amount of volume over 2 days trading should clear this. Subsequently expecting a sharp rise. 3 mil market cap VS 8 Mil cash in bank. Strong management and fundamentals.
