Sub 2m market cap. Cash = 8m. No debt. Sounds good. As soon as the sellers (Link and Jupiter) cashes out, this will have continued sell pressure. After sold out which I am guessing should be before results like previously with Aberdeen; then this will climb pretty significantly. How much it climbs depends on buyers interest... I hope after results the directors especially Chairmen and have more skin in the game to lift and turnaround the share price.

The share price of this company has been a disaster for holders 8p now valued at 8.5 mil. Shocking... it's similar to the amount raised not long ago. Seems the lack of news + coronavirus market sentiment +low volume has driven this down further. Almost 50% discount to the 15p rights issue.

"And 25k will buy you 1% of the company where your share of cash in the bank will be 60-80k" sounds like a good investment when put in to this perspective. They have 8 mil left to demonstrate profitability. They've been given a golden ticket by Woodford to spend his investors cash, so it's now up2them whether they sink or swim. Hopefully the latter.

- Target price is 10mil market cap around 4p.
- 8 mil cash in bank end of last year.
- 20 mil sales
- operational breakeven Q4 last year
If we see improved breakeven bordering profitability Q1 results, this would be a sound turnaround story.

I've been following this company since IPO at 100+mil which I thought was a joke for a mattress company so never bought... but since a lot of capital has been invested to build Eve Sleep brand today with most recent raise 12 Mil @10p (Jan2019) . NOW being valued at 2mil is also a joke. Opposite ends.. Funny how Investors behave.

Upside:
1) Results day- Improved sales
2) Directors and chairman buys after results
3) Competitor or private takeover

Downside
1) Continued forced selling
2) IMO limited downside from here considering market cap is already low.

Q1 Sales doesn't look like its gonna be too shabby; according to TrustPilot, Eve ranked 2nd after Emma, even surpassing casper and simba.. think what you may but I think this company is worth more than cash on hand (8ml). Only reason for falling to this level is forced sellers, which is a great opportunity if u see it that way.

Market cap 2.29M @0.87p with 8 mil cash in bank end of year. This does not look very reflective of the value of the company. Strong management and marketing with solid foundation to weather the storm. Diversified product range and attractive sloth marketing campaign. Seems overdone and a desperate sale from Link and Jupiter. IMO bargain at these levels. DYOR

After the overhang is cleared from Link and Jupitar. This is gonna rally pretty dramatically IMO

2.5 mil seems like pocket money for a private equity investor to take it private. After results, I will be expecting the directors to buy buy buy and clean up the outstanding stock from Link and Jupitar (worth around 500k)

Interest Rate cuts and possible recession looming due to coronavirus causing economy to stand still as seen in China.. cyclicals and bank stocks don't usually do so well...

The drop is fuelled by illiquid stocks and wide spreads.. shocking for it to fall this way. The previous fund raise was shocking move. Time is ticking for CEO to deliver and become the worlds most productive drug discovery engine.

This looks to decline to 1p; seems MM's may gradually accelerate selling especially with overall market selling due to coronavirus. MM's finding it hard to find enough buyers so gradual decline in price to make it more attractive.

Interesting.... infer what you may.. but it does Eve does look like it's taking a bit more market share from competitors this quarter.

Thanks for counting TP reviews of Eve and Emma, SINCE 1/1/20. Interesting insight. I wonder how this compares with Simba, Leesea and Casper?

All about getting more bang for the buck with marketing. With the recent attractive sloth advert, this has increased trust pilot feedback which could infer higher sales. But we shall see in the next month's results; CEO highlighted strategy to priortise profits over sales growth at any costs which is promising if they deliver.

Seems appetite across all stocks are pretty lukewarm today with coronaviris related issues adding to uncertainty.

Any buyers? seems selling pressure still outweighing the small retail buys.

How often does that happen? MM's usually want their spread's at optimal to earn a bit of margin.
