I also think the new person that replaces Lance will spin off off or sell the insurance side it hasn't made money in a long time and that market is hugely competitive Saga have been doing cruises and holidays quite well for years the margins are much higher and with the new ships I think they will do very well there is still a massive market for the "old ones" as Harrycash puts it and Saga are still a trusted brand like I said its not as if they are entering a new market they have been doing cruises for years and the ships definitely needed updating im in at under 36p and happy at that price....GLA

Well I got in here yesterday as the SP is now at a point where its offering medium to long term value with a M/C of circa 400M I think that now undervalues the company, I agree with some of the points Harrycash is making however it looks like Saga are making a very good effort to turn this around the news we have had up til now is basically "kitchen sinked" and I believe they have done that purposely....clean fresh start for the new guy/lady.....we shall see but Saga certainly have a future......

Unfortunately with a P/E of circa 55 the markets are looking for perfection and although the figures were very good they were not perfect.....I still plan to add when it all settles as I still see 265-295 pretty soon

Its saying on Hargreaves Lansdown that today Shore Capital Markets have down graded to a hold with a price target of £2.47 but its showing on LSE that they said that in May who's correct ? hardly makes much of a difference with a £2.47 price target anyway.....will be adding on any weakness expected to see £2.50 today but feel I should have pressed the button earlier this morning...oh well lets see how the next few days pan out.

totally agree however they are restructuring closing the shops and there online is increasing hugely I think there next set of results will be much different...

I can never understand markets....great results and looks like a sell on the news....

very nice set of results ...also got into quiz yesterday as I think they can ultimately do the same.....

well it certainly is not the climate because BooHoo results this morning are fantastic.....I think quiz can go in a similar way all be it on a smaller scale.....I certainly think this is now undervalued however you look at it....but sentiment is very powerful in markets....

I think the quiz family may well be buying some stock back at these prices....it would certainly show commitment and support the decimated SP...and yes with 7.5M in the bank a rapidly growing online presence with a M/C of circa 20M does seem farcical, but as someone has already stated retail is taking a proper kicking at the moment with a few exceptions Boohoo being one.....

Thats all well and good but can't see the local authorities letting us attach one of our huge batteries to every lamp post parking payment machine or charge point LOL...

Im absolutely loving the way FM is pulling all this together (and now with AVALON) in basically silicone valley...although I want the SP to start moving north I am more intrigued with the story so far than the SP.....the rise will come with out doubt and I can wait....all I can say is what an insight and capture from a reverse take over some 6 years ago...just keep on doing what your doing FM "Fully Integrated" is the key....the story may well be half told, Cash Cow....oh yes...

Ok just dipped my toe in the water at a little over 20p its still a bit of a gamble at this stage however I believe in the online part and that the recovery will happen and quite quickley its not a huge investment and although I dont want to lose any money I could live without it....and I may investment more as things improve and pan out.....

Ive been looking at the figures and trying to get an exact number on the debt.....can anyone enlighten me....as I think this drop is well over done and going forward can see a great business...

Ive read that RNS a few times now.....and it really highlights how truly vertically integrated we really are, "coming together" is an understatement....

I too think this is a bit over done ...so had a small gamble with it money I'm prepared to lose... its still very possible that a rabbit can be pulled out of the hat but like I said it is a bit of a gamble now that im prepared to take...GLA

P/E under 5 a divi over 6% loads of cash in the bank and the business generally performing well......and much better than most its peers including the US carriers.....this stock is without doubt a buy.....its only all the uncertainty holding it back certainly not its fundamentals ......

Fortunately IAG are in a much stronger position than most air lines and that includes the US ones the amount of cash they have on account could weather most storms I also think oil will be lower over the coming months.....however Brexit is a definite uncertainty now....but IAG I still a buy for me and with a handsome didvi to boot covered many times....

Is it possible we have shorters working against each other? while some are trying to close others are trying to keep the price down? just a thought.... surly they can't be that stupid....can they?

I would probably think that those that were shorting are now turning long and making money on the way up as well.....should be banned....

Looks like a solid steady turn around for V to me just as the man TP said......
