I’m afraid I feel that’s one of Nanoco biggest problems ...communication is very foggy and detail is almost non existent I understand they can’t give too much away but that’s why it makes it so difficult to put a true value on the company... for what it’s worth my valuation is somewhere between £85m and £350M massive range I know but like I said way to difficult to value the IP...

Not to sure what to expect today but at circa £30M M/C I feel its grossly undervalued however like I have already said putting a price on IP is very difficult you only know what its really worth if someone makes an offer to buy it.....still a strong buy for me at these levels even with the useless management team....

I was invested in Nanoco about 2 years ago at circa 37p but got out at a small loss purely because of the management being very secretive and keeping shareholders in the dark I thought the tech was great so kept them on my radar/watch list...when I saw the huge drop I knew it was well overdone so got back in at circa 8p although depending on any news this is still a gamble and could go either way I think the chances a higher for more upside regardless of useless management I believe the IP is worth a lot more than the M/C GLA

Very difficult to accurately price IP.....but I can tell you for sure in Nanocos case its a hell of a lot more than 30M.....

Someone buys 6% of the company and the price drops.....cant see it being at this level for too long....that is not a gamble 6& is serious money.....

we will get a lot of trading over the next few days so will get ups and downs but for sure at this level Nanoco is undervalued the IP is worth 3 x the M/C in my opinion...

I did say earlier are they working another big trade..

With all BMN have on their plate I could understand the reasoning regarding the dividend policy, However a stock repurchase program I think would work wonders now... not to just support the SP... but why not at this price knowing full well in the near term they will be worth a dam sight more held in treasury ?

Could they be working another large sell order in?

Are you on the right board? have you read all the RNSs? have you seen the profit?

this is where we need to see some large director buys now....especially after all them "dodgy sells" around April.... you can't tell me they didn't get a whisper....

Nanoco were at circa 30p before this agreement so to see this go so low suggests an over reaction.....

I do think the PROs far out weigh the CONs and you would be getting in at the lows the online is key and that's growing rapid ....and there is always the chance of a take over although that wouldn't be my reason to invest here....its a buy at these levels for me its definitely under valued but your CONS are correct at thats the reason...NOT ADVICE....GL
