I am with H/L and no divi yet, however I did find it strange that the divi Was going to be paid only 4 days after it went x divi unusual .....

Just a hypothetical question, could VOG (knowing it would be very difficult to raise funds and nearly impossible to get a placing away at a reasonable price) de-list and take the company private? I ask this question as it happened to me a few years ago with an oil company called Essar, and basically they did it putting two fingers up to shareholders and paid very little for the privallige ?

Still a strong buy for me can see a real break out north happening soon and the divi is still a nice addition the overhang will clear like I said before those results were not bad at all but when an institute decides to move on they just do it and it is generally managed....

It looks like AC is trying to help out the company short term.....not a bad thing shows the confidence he has and knows he will get that return....im ok with this....

I was wondering when and if we would get any director buys...... not massive but could be more to come this will slowly climb north.....
