In most cases yes the S/P normally drops the amount of the divi but certainly not all....and as this has been hammered it wouldn't surprise me if it initially dropped by the divi amount and then recovered somewhat ......you never know...

I think that's a big part of Nanoco problems you say Nanoco just make the dots and its up to "the people that use them to explore the applications" well think that is the wrong approach Nanoco should do more in exploring the applications costly? well yes but thats the way to monetise don't you think?

recently bought in to Stob....have been in and out a few times but got out the last time because of the management issues and the un-settling background issues with court cases and Tinkler but when this dropped to below a pound it really was a no brainer I believe the airport is the key and is probably worth more than the M/C in itself..still a long way to go to reach its true value but maybe now that tide is turning, lets see what today brings...GLA...

I notice the resolution regarding the re-election of RSM UK auditors was fairly close 340k to 309k any idea why tat would be?

I am afraid that I am one of those that got in and out very quick.....have held these a number of times over the years and I think rhambo has a very fair point I got out at 14p the problem here is not the tec its the management they do not no how to monetise it ....I will be watching closely and may enter again at some point but after the directors bought I thought that this would probably drop and it did madness really you would except it to fly after those buys....but until we get more news/clarity of what's going on I think this will be range bound at around these levels....I just saw an opportunity when it dropped so low I didn't get in at the very bottom or out at the very top but I am happy with what was a very short term investment.....GLA

Probably still quite a bit to go before the seller has finished but like I've said this is orderly and managed so am confident of a nice pick up when its all done....I do think below a pound is bargain territory and with that dividend to top it....

I did say yesterday morning that we will see some consolidation around this price before the next move up its healthy and we were always going to see your 30-40 even 100% profiteers take their money well done and good luck to them but I want the cream and may have to wait a bit longer.....no problem....

I think this is some big II reducing we will know soon enough and Tbh when a II decides to reduce its just managed so when the overhang is cleared I would imagine a sizeable tick up...the problem here is we do not know who it is or how many they are off loading but as the SP hasn't moved much from here suggests the MMs know how mankind that it is not huge amounts

Bit early to say what we will finish on but I think it will be somewhere around what we are now or slightly lower purely because of those director buys although it shows confidence it also says we probably have no great news soon but still a strong buy....from here..

I think at circa £1.50 it was priced for perfection...that did not quite happen, however on the whole those results were very good but not perfection thus we sit at circa £1.00 I am confident this will ease back up and very happy to be in at this level GLA... oh and now we have a great DIVI...

after reading the RNS several times and I understand the profit warning but a nearly 40% drop seems ridiculous this has been on my radar for some time waiting for an opportunity to get in....well today the just gave me one....this is now a strong buy for me at these levels..

I'm still a strong buy at this point however now the directors have bought in at around 13p I don't think we will be getting much news any time soon (I could be wrong) so I dont see the SP doing that much from here again I could be wrong I think we will now have a trading range and some consolidation maybe between 15p and 18p which TBH I dont mind short term...we shall see...

Call me a cynic...but what if the directors wanted to be shares in Nanoco anyway but didn't want to pay the high price at the time....that RNS that initiated the drop was very unclear and cloudy so we get the massive drop then surprise surprise all the directors buy in on the cheap....ask yourself who was 100K - 200K they can get their hands on that quick? most people with that sort of money have it either tied up or in 30-60-90 day higher interest accounts...dont they? if that is what's gone on then a lot of PIs have been robbed.....all theory of course...

I think if anything like that happened in the next week or so the Directors be in a bit of trouble and have a lot of explaining to do....

Yes ddubya is basically correct now we have all those director buys I doubt there is much information to come out anytime soon or they would not be allowed to buy however it does show confidence in the company so although 17p-20p maybe realistic I doubt we will see much more just yet.....

Hoping for the same sort of rise tomorrow...but even though I’m very bullish my head tells me that will not happen...let’s see..
