I could quite easily have sold after listening to the rumours but like I said and posted yesterday VOD is worth more than this even with the very sensible divi cut they have reduced debt the results certainly were not as bad as I expected and they have now given themselves a little more headroom...I think this is a buy now....I also thing large IIs had a lot to do with the divi cut and thats why they have not bailed out....GLA

Lets be honest they were never going to pay a near 10% divi if a 40% cut is made that's reasonable the results are a lot more important to me.....

seems quite a few maybe PIs or even IIs are selling on that report......if its true then we may get hit ....if its false I see a 20% jump upwards tomorrow ...bit of a gamble really....but im holding....like I said at this price I still think its cheap even allowing for a divi cut and the debt.....

I think we could now be in take over territory .........the content ITV have is exceptional and I would imagine quite a few of the big boys would be happy to take it.....we shall see....

well....just one more day to go and we will probably know, all we need to know, was we right to hold? should we have sold? will the divi be cut? will the free cash flow be enough? is Europe improving ? are we making a profit now? well I'm holding as I think at this price whatever happens we should be ok....GLA

yep a P/E of circa 5 still growing...a fantastic divi and over 7 Billion swashing about? my god what more do you want this is the perfect time to buy on the dips......fill ya boots this is a very strong buy......not sure what your seeing eggonaroll?

Well back from my 3 day ban....and to be frank was expecting longer so thanks Admin....I will choose my words more carefully next time, however the meaning and context of them will be the same....

I invested quite a lot here mostly around this price but I did average down at 2.9p such as the belief I have in this company...and have being saying all along this will come good within 12 months that was about 8 months ago and there were a lot of naysayers mr AJ? were not there yet but the 12 months aint up yet either.....

Ha Ha in my case there wasn't much choice like I said I really was winging it but new it would pay off....

I just off loaded the ones I bought at 25.7 and 25.9 @ 32.1 not because I wanted to....it was because I stretched myself to buy them in the first place but couldn't resist ...I still fully expect this to go much higher and have not sold any of my original holding and have no intention to till we reach true value....which is a long way from here....

This has been on my watch list for some time now and after a little research I think its time for me to dip my toe in the water I think with the American tie in this could have some legs.....so will be making a small investment to kick off today.....

I think everyone was told be some of our well knowledged LTHs to buy into these drops especially the last one I certainly did buying at 25.7 and 26.3 I didn't quite get the lows but I have seen it time and time again and no doubt it will happen again....but never once did I falter or question FM or the fundamentals they are there for us all to see, I take no notice at all at the trolls they come and go and will continue to do so.....we are moving forward at pace and it will not be too long before we have a MC of 1Billion good luck all but with FM at the helm you do not need luck....

Somebody wants out....and its obviously not a price issue to them...this tells me its someone either transferring shares or helping someone else to increase there holding and was pre planed we just have to sit tight and wait till the deal is done... not too concerned at all...the dragon comes to mind not to sure how many they had...

I suspect we have some news coming very soon....about bloody time....hope its a struck GOLD RNS as were pretty shit at the oil stuff...lol...

why on earth you would be selling after that news is beyond me.....each to their own I can assure you I will be adding.....

I think this really does explain some of the delays....certainly the divi policy, how could FM confirm the divi policy with this mega deal going on? I expect the divi policy to be put on hold for a bit now....but I don't really mind at all this is a huge piece of the jigsaw and far more important than paying out a small divi....the future is very bright....
