Oh terry...thats the kiss of death me old hammer thrower:) When someone states it was always going to be such and such a date....it never happens and you can add a couple of years onto it. Given see's tendency to fail on targets etc...hey presto, we are looking at 2025:) They might have been gazumpt by then ofcourse!

Ah...i think it means when they completed their submission they consulted with 3 top liver specialists. If thats the case it raises more questions than answers surely...

Tobias, that last sentence does not even make any sense. Anyway, i have read some of his stuff along with a few of the other twitter jobs and i would not believe a single word any of them say. Then again, can you believe anybody in this game...nearly every bod is prone to the odd fib shall we say and theres hardly any of them what you would calls p.i. friendly it would seem.

I dont believe this buying for time malarkey...what is wrong with them just stating they need more time because of the shutdown...but they would rather decimate investors money and the future of the said business...i dont believe it! The truth is that if mtfb have nothing to hide they should be in a room now with the best industry specialist going through the crl, matching it to thier submission, compairing it against vany etc and matching it to other drugs that have been approved or rejected for liver toxicity. Then...they should be updating the market on good or bad news. If not, they are hiding....if iclaprim works equally as well as vany with no more adverse side effects on toxacity and costs a lot less then they should be taking the lead on this. I just cannot see what another trial would prove that would make the fda change their minds...1300 patients, its already mega! Either the fds dont want to disturb the vany monopoly or they know something about iclaprim that our bod are not telling us...either way, its a scandal.

Wilson....if thats good enough for you with nothing coming from it then fair enough. And no need for the patience please...they got 40m away at 5 whenever that was, i cant be bothered looking but how much do you think their gonna get the next 30m away for...their not winning anything, failing on fleet and sucking up cash likes theres no tomorrow!

Ivy...thanks for the.answers. While your statement re critisicm is probably right, if that was the case they should have taken one for the team there....i personally think thats put the whole company at risk going forward unless they can turn a trick or 2...if these ii are going to sell out so low, how they gonna get a big placing away. Smacks of complete stupidity to me...or something else!

Not helped...they have annihalated shareholders and caused a frenzy that only traders and mms have benefited from. And i do wonder if it was the cash statement that sent the ii over the wall. Crazy stuff!

Ivy..what is your view re conserving cash? Im not in favour of suspending salaries but i think the bod need to man up and take their monthly salaries in shares at the prevailing mid...views? Ofcourse, director buys in the open market would help a lot just now but i cant see it...so they have to come up with something imho.

Baxter...see should cut their losses and dump them if no immediate deal is forthcoming. If you keep pampering them...they will keep taking, all the while, looking over their shoulder for a better deal and using others to rinse you. Im not trying to be a wise guy but i do tend to think that there is a few who have lead see up the merry path. Time for some hard nosing imo.

Hi tobias, Its heartening to see that 51 companies acheived the turnaround. Its dissappointing to know that this could all have been avoided with the purchase of a 400 dollar guide...hahaha. Anybody have any idea, out of the 51...how many had to do further trials or how many made it by submitting supplementary evidence they already had? Now that would be interesting...gonna have a dig.

I see that our glorious new leader has not bought a single share as yet. I hope that means that he is not in favour of being a shareholder in the company he is chairing and as such would readily decline any free shares on offer...that would make perfect sense to me! To those who keep topping up...i would bear that in mind until some real progress is made, not a pat on the back from the likes of emirates...they like talking and looking at stuff but when it comes to money...thats another matter.

Hi hannibal, your a bit off with your figures there i think but essentially i agree with you....they dont have to hit anywhere near their targets to make this a stonking investment. However, a lot bigger problem has now come along that we were betting against and targets are well in the background now.....irrelevant for the time being. As well as deal with the approval issue which of-course is most important, the bod need to implement a plan to preserve cash and maintain some dignity toward the ii/pi/sp and perhaps try to gain the respect of the market toward the company. They have had 4 years of what most of us would look at as life changing renumeration. Everyone has been knocked for 6 by this even though the traders and mm's might have done well but we still have debt to manage. Building a patent estate for iclaprim might be great but it would be nothing to us in a firesale. Lets see but im not overly hopeful.

Thoth did not turn up yesterday and gloat...i can vouch for that. On the sar board about 6 months ago i asked him for his thoughts on mtfb and he answered verbatim what he is saying now. He did not predict the crl but i think his point is that even if approved, the target market might be difficult anyway. Lets see what monday brings but can the bod come up with something to stem the tide...even if it was just to appease the ii's from dumping all would be a start.

Hi superjelly...do you have any knowledge in this field or a basic researcher? I like the way you put your thoughts together, the fda is a strange beast for sure but really without any clarification from the company which i dont expect due to the sensitivity then your run of the mill pi is completely lost. Its worrying to see the i.i. unload like that almost immediately and while it might be a strategy thing with them it sure is concerning that they took such a big hit after apparently buying so much higher. While all this goes on, i think the only positive we could take would be for the bod to suspend their salaries or convert them into shares each month pro rata at prevailing mid. Alas, thats highly unlikely.....bods are not interested in the difficult situation normal pi's find themselves in but it might be a sweetner for the i.i.'s to halt their selling.

Iclaprim has been tested in over 1300 patients which includes healthy volunteers...how the hell can you be short of data from that lot. I mean...its not as if liver toxicity is a small inconsequential thing is it? After testing 1300 people, backways, sideways and forward...are they really gonna ask for more testing, is there are more intricate way of gaining more data? If there is then the cro needs suing! And i dont buy this stuff about the fda needing more time...they have supposed to be in consultation all the way along. Somebody is lying!

Its not as bad as some are making out here. Additional data needed before the nda can be approved! Its a disaster in the immediate term yes but sounds like its mostly there and some modifications need to be done...what who knows but you would think that the mtfb will be all over it...dont lose complete hope.

They could run it better...a lot better! The units installed to date, whatever number it may be, is shockingly low given the opportunity and who they have been partnering with...although i personally think some of these partners have not been entirely straight forward with see. The bod have basically left it to salesman joe and a few cronies to sell....they would have been better partnering with the uni's who have tie-ups with some of the big boys and the local authorities, thats how you win work...get the people who matter on side. Its not a beauty contest.....this bod need to start performing now or are they just gonna keep scratching their arses! When do you ever see them bigging the tech up or themselves for that matter....their statements to the market are always a downplay when they have to release something. It's as if they dont want the attention because they are scared of the expectation that comes with it...hardly promotes much confidence!

You are where you are because of the very poor performance of the ceo and the snr executive mis-management. They got rid of mike who was the one person who would have delivered shareholder value here....this would have already been bundled up and sold for 30p if he had his way but oh no! Now See is being out-gunned and out-performed by a junior competitor who was miles behind and there's more coming out of the woodwork all the time.....would you really trust this bod to deliver given their first crack at it? I really think they will continue to blow it big time and that clown talking about seperating the chaff....says it all really for me.....dreaming!
