Anyway, just back from the star tavern and i can tell you that the patrons are not happy with seeing machines....looks like they are going to force a quorom at this agm and you know what that means!

Teamins 2022 share price predition....37p with a spike to 41p.

It is a deal designed to save them the embarassment of going back to the market after raising so much money at 11p from the likes of federated.

If their performance was better they would not have to do this.....and its the shareholders that pay again.

They have failed their shareholders time and time again and it looks to me like they are planning to keep that going.....i would not want to be in here this time next year because its going to get painful...hard times:)

Yes.....smarteye's shareholders are going to have to stomach a hit for sure.

But let's rememeber that see caused 100% dilution to the sharwholders not once but twice at around the 3p mark when the sp had been 12p previously.

I alse seem to remember that before these dilutions they took massive cash bonuses are awarded themselves lots of free shares.

What does the above tell you about the bod's commitment to shareholders or is it a case that they are filling their pockets at your expense.

Million dollar packages all round costs money and the bod are loving the action thanks very much....all the while employing the likes of barnden, cenkos etc to keep the gravy train rolling.

This might be your last agm to call them out but somehow.....i dont think so:)

They are blaming suppliers and have been for about 4 years.

They are blaming covid and have been for 3 years.

They are also insinuating that its the customers that are not ready.

Stop passing the buck and start delivering....if you cannot get the turnover up, what the hell are you doing spending all that money.

They have been at this a long time now.....looks to me like the company needs some changes at board level and the strategy needs altering.

Shareholders dont have long here before things start going south....do you think this bod can be trusted?

And to still be quoting Covid.....that is so 2020.

They are just not making the progress they should be with aftermarket and fleet is irrelevant just now.

However, more worrying for shareholders is that job advert and as i predicted, they are about to kick the can way further down the road.

Instead of approaching this coming agm with caution, shareholders should prepare for battle.

It is certainly not looking like this bod has your best interests at heart.....the opportunity for them to profiteer here is too great and it looks like they are going to make the most of it.

There has to come a time when shareholders wake up and smell the coffee!

I nearly spat my bud out when i read the title of this post then i realised it was a simply wall st article who are about as much use to the investor community as a chocolate fireguard.

To justify his current salary PMG would have to achieve an sp over 20p so he has his work cut out......big time!

Nobody is interested in people dying or getting seriously injured in traffic accidents....only the people who suffer.

In the 10 years of being invested in see have you ever heard of one oem saying that they had found something that can vastly help this and we are going to implement it staright away.....have you ever heard of the police or the department of transport raving about dms....no, they have all had to be pulled kicking and screaming toward it and too some extent because they were stupid enough to think they could pop over to level 5 when the time is right.

A few years ago there was an accident on the M6 with someone falling asleep that caused chaos to the whole country for 2 days, the actual cost in money terms must have been 100's millions but did you hear someone in authority say we need to do something to mitagate against this....no, they have been swayed by the smart motorway crew, the most stupid idea ever thats cost billions also.

Look at the time its taking the nhsta....big business rules and elon still might put a spanner in the works there!

Nevermind about smarteye lewbo....they will get the money and still be competitive and there's plenty to go around.

It might cost them....just like it costed see a few years ago, dont forget the 100% dilution....not once but twice.

You need to concentrate on the issues with see and be more sceptical of your own bod....there's a lot of patting the backs going on but not much return for shareholders to be seen!

6p is the new 11p.....no contract wins or aviation deals will move this sp back to the old level.

They have won the business, yes there are questions about how that will translate to the bottom line against the cost of business but you wont really know that for a good few years.

The market and new investors need to see the bod putting cold hard cash in here, their getting enough out.

They cant expect the investors to take all the risk and they take all the reward.....why should the market accept that!

I give up with this company.....too much smoke and mirrors!

All these non exec buys, are they providing cover for the bod to get away scot free.....howz the market supposed to judge this.

She is the only one who is truly aligned with shareholders.....if she is in charge you get big profits, with pmg you get more and more flanel for years and end up with nothing.

This agm could be your last chance to save you're skin folks.

As i said, my barber has bought more shares in see than the ceo, what kind of message does that send to the market.

I have 25k set aside to invest if the company ever shows any interest in making shareholders money!

We know that the bod's lack of investment in the opportunity is a cause for concern to the market but is this translating through to average pi's or is it the xmas effect?

I hope shareholders are not maxxing out their credit cards waiting for some good news....i believe santa does come once a year but it looks like the insti's have taken to throwing snowballs at him:)

The running of the seeing machines business has nothing to do with magna so i have no idea where you're coming from.

Its going to be a bumpy few days coming around these parts so lets strap ourselves in and enjoy the ride.

Play nice SEE shareholders or at least nicer than your bod:)

I don't need to put the effort in....the bod are telling the story right in front of your eyes!

You see, for 20 years they have been taking money out of the company and you have been putting money in...you see the imbalance i hope.

Now when it comes to keeping the heating on this xmas or getting your mrs and the kids something extra special....they wont even have to think about the cost or trying to maintain their shareholding....but some in the other hand might.

So while that situation exists you can rely on me to help you out!
