Sure, we have to exclude PMG in this as he is only getting into the swing of the big bucks but im sure you will agree he has wasted not time.

The magna deal could be assessed in many different ways.....i could ask why it was only 3 years, what is the true intention for the mirror and why would magna do a deal and not make an offer....they have cash, they could have added real strength to the business and its not like its short on opportunity.

These questions all valid but overshadowed by the bod's lack of investment back into the company!

Its ok for pmg to do a presentation or the bod doing video updates citing how great the opportunity is when they are getting money out of the company but asking investors to put more money in and take all the risk!

I dont think so....the bod as a whole dont own enough and are not buying on the open market or converting any salary and god knows, they could afford too!!!!!

Anyway, some talk yesterday about mobileye being interested. This is a definite no no, they dont have the money and have enough problems of their own trying to get into profitability.

See shareholders will just have to suck it up for the next 10 years and start praying:):):)

How dare you terry......i think see are a great company but the current model need, lets say....altering.

The investors here are great, they just need to be a bit more sceptical of the bod which i think would be more beneficial for them.

I don't hate the staff, thats crazy.....they all come across as very nice people but i think the bod have been opportunistic, many would do the same in their position...i get that.

That was not your view in 2018 when they took all the free bonus and shares......and they have double diluted you since with the main portion of that money to pay for what?

That video was a bit shocking and i can only wonder what the motive was?

There's no doubt about it.....operationally the see bod have completely out performed not only seye but their other competitors and that advantage will last certainly for a few years.

However, that does not justify the reward before the revenue outstrips operational costs and thats where shareholders have and continue to pay the price......if your are basing the competition as seye for being a justification then you are simply turning a blind eye and looking for reasons.

Interesting post tim with the last paragraph being the most telling imo.....over the last 5 years you have paid for the bod's proliferation whereby they have went on a spree of executive reward.

With Lombard on board, i could say that im surprised but hey.....they are hardly sitting around the breakfast table hoping this time next year rodney like the pi's:)

The bod could change this in an instant and they choose not too.....i wonder why!

All this talk of qualcomm on this board is just a deflection away from see's problems.

Sure, see will make some money out of the qualcomm deal but it will only end up as being a contribution to operating costs....given see's overhead costs there is no real money in it for the forseeable future....the half million cars on the road now does not even pay for pmg's salary far less his expenses and bonuses.

A bit less ramping on the board would make things a bit clearer!

If your looking at it like that terry you could say one mobileye adas system is worth 1000 see auto chip.

Its about the intention of the bod and this one wants to make too much money at the the expense of shareholders.

They have already taken over 200m out of the market without giving anything back....thats why the market will never give them a proper valuation, it will always be well below what shareholders think it should be.

The market needs paying as well you know....or you can swing for it:)

Nobody has been or will be interested in buying seeing machines, i dont know why that talk comes up so regular.

They are a chip supplier with little margin and although the guardian system is interesting, its not mass market, its too labour and logistically intensive.

They should have made a deal with Halfords autocentres....hahaha:)
