Promised....we had this conversation over a year ago when the sp was 60p and we were waiting on the 50 orders coming in.

Ab or any other company for that matter would never use the word promise in an rns or even at an investor meet but when you make statements or forecasts in an rns to the market you have basically made a commitment (promise) that you will achieve it.....and afc have most definitely not.

There is no doubt that like all companies afc would have been tested in this market but the lack of meaningful progress has certainly contributed to todays sp.

Saying anything else is just a lack of trying to be objective!

Someone must know something or the ii's are playing a blinder, thats quite unusual for a company thats got cash and not threatened with placings etc!

No way......you are witnessing the ultimate gravy train for a bod, why would they give that up.

Simples.....every couple of years, double dilute shareholders and with the cash raised pay yourself fortunes and bonuses and dont forget the free shares just incase someone is daft enough to make an offer:)

Its a good point re bond garone but what troubles me more was that increase in renumeration was approved by the bod.

He must have held the company to ransom because it could not have been awarded on performance!

You would think that a bod who has been so handsomely rewarded year on year with bonuses and free shares would be able to organise their communication skills a little which only leads to one conclusion.....they are happy with that kind of impasse because it suits their agenda better!
